Location was perfect - close to the centre, shops, waterfront, suspension bridge - all within walking distance. The breakfast, I have to say, for me was average but OK

Everything, great bar and restaurant, rooms, decor, clean, helpful staff, everything you could want for at breakfast. A really high standard for a very reasonably priced hotel. Welcome cocktail was a bit of an unneeded gimmick. It was just a small glass of weak fruit juice. They didn't need to offer that. There was already so much included for the price. Really well furnished, games, cards etc. chilled and fun areas. Lovely food and service. They didn't need the free cocktail which wasn't really a cocktail gimmick.

Great sleep with all the facilities you need. Easy check and check out and the front of house staff were helpful. Parking across the road is a bit of a faff when you are new to the area, but it's easy enough to navigate.

It was modern, spacious and convenient. When I looked under bed for a misplaced ring- it was very dusty and not overly clean. I appreciate- people don’t always look under bed, but … Also, no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/ clothes..
