Nicola at the reception is an amazing person! He deserves to become a manager (if he is not already one) Location is good in the sense that it’s very close to the old town however the Brutalist architecture of the area where the hotel is located and of the hotel itself is super scary and off putting There are parts of the hotel that look super dirty. For example the plastic door at the entry into the hotel, the carpets on the corridor are simply filthy and therefore it gives off a horrible smell to the place. The interior design of the lobby is somehow silly with that giant soft toy and too many trinkets on display

Super nice staff. Handy location on the tram line from the airport, while not being too far from the action in the centre either. The immediate area (and the building itself) is funky 1960s brutalism for fans of the genre.

The Staff, The location, The Decor, The Breakfast... It was extremely hot and the Air Conditioning wasn't great.It was late so I didn't make a fuss but the room was very warm
