Centrally located, easy to get into the centre and to the airport. Friendly staff and very comfortable bed. The attached bar and restaurant is nice.
-
Great location, great atmosphere, comfortable, lovely staff. Breakfast was a little bit squashy with crowding around the tables .

The hotel was good, clean and affordable. The room is basic but we only stayed here one night so was absolutely fine for what we were looking for. We arrived 30 minutes early and asked whether it was possible to check in early, which we wouldn’t have minded paying for. Reception told us they had been fully booked the night before and early check in wouldn’t be possible. However, the receptionist didn’t even check my name to see if the room may have been ready, it was a default no, which didn’t feel personal. I’d rather he took my details, then said no. At least then it would have looked like he had tried.
-
Proximity right near a tram line, which was a short ride to great restaurants and places of interest
-
El personal no habla español, la información fue imprecisa, la habitación es pequeña y sin lugares de guardar
-
Clean, comfortable and wonderful AC. Just what I needed during my stay.
-
Very central and close to trams for getting into city, reasonable AC, very good breakfast including great GF options. Very comfortable bed for 3 night stay. Surly staff at reception who were not very helpful, only power point by bed didn’t work and although I mentioned this it wasn’t fixed. They have a system if you choose to be green and not have your room cleaned you get a drink from the bar. We did this but apparently the sign needs to be put there before 5am so no drink.

Excellent welcome. Good restaurant in the hotel.

Location is very good, close to the center, clean, nice, good value for money, the rooms are a little bit small but it doesn’t bother me much.

Very good
-
It was centrally located, well priced and had a good breakfast. Staff knew it was my Mum's birthday and left some treats in our room! It was a little small for three people, but OK for a short stay. Could do with being renovated.
-
Very comfortable bed, good location.
-
Room, cleaning, staff, reception, cafe-bar, destination, close tram station… so hotel is very good. If I came again, I would stay at this hotel. Thanks. No problem.

It was clean and neat so we were staying comfortably. Breakfast was good. Location is walking distance to Bordeaux center. Air condition didn’t work but we compensated with opening windows.

Tram F outside airport goes to Palace de Justice ... 1.90e ... 45 min ... hotel across the street. Great. Location is great as airport connection on tram is easy. 10m walk into town centre. So location is quiet and convenient. Rest of hotel is standard IBIS ie; good quality and great staff. Fantastic for a weekend in Bordeux - and a weekend is enough to enjoy the architecture and cafe culture. Breakfast was OK but no variety every day.
-
The breakfast wasn’t that good , not to,many options
-
Room location and price and staff assistance using map for direction especially walking to a specific location your daily price alteration when staying for a longer period of time like four five days
-
Excellent staff at check in & helpful staff at restaurant. No water in room nor carafe to fill from dispenser in lobby unless paying 10€ extra per night. I’ve never heard that before but luckily was lent a plastic cup by restaurant bartender.
-
The breakfast was great and close to the Center The Internet was poor , the tv didn’t work , no refrigerator in the room and only 2 small towels for the shower

Central located Lower standards if compared with the other IBIS hotels. İt seems that there is a manager problem more than a staff. There is only two reception desk and mostly one person there. In Fact as a very big IBIS hotel in a big city with lots of hosts there should be at least four person. Shower head cannot be fixed. Bed is very dated. Left side is completely out of use. My next door put a huge McDonalds rubish at night and it was there until next day late in the afternoon even I call and inform the reception desk two times. There was an insect when I check in the room. The sitting area is very dated in my room. I was in 11th floor. There is 3 elevators but one of is completely out of work and another one out of use from time to time.
