Location was fantastic - just around the corner from the cathedral / Hotel de Ville It was super hot and the air conditioning wasn't very effective

The ambiance was lovely and the décor gracious. The breakfast plentiful, delicious. The staff attentive. Laetitia was a delight. So accomodating. The location couldn’t have been better. The Musée des Beaux Arts was a block away. Everything close by. We liked everything about it.

We have stayed here on several occasions. An excellent location within walking distance of the heart of Bordeaux. Secure parking very close by. Lovely staff and a super breakfast. Nothing. Beds a little soft but that is personal choice.

Breakfast was fair. It was difficult to communicate eith the staff.

Good location. Staff are friendly !

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect for walking into the city center. It's a 4-minute walk to the airport tram and the bus and tram to the train station. If I ever return to Bordeaux, I would gladly rent this apartment again.

Appreciated to be contacted in advance by the hotel regarding my arrival time. Friendly staff. Good size of the room with nice furniture, good (full body) mirrors and enough space for clothes and luggage. Based on the pictures I had seen when making the booking, I expected a nicer hotel. The lighting in the room is quite terrible (cold light, not cosy at all), the curtain was strange (stopped half a meter above the floor for a balcony door window), the bathroom is too basic (no cups or any small things of appreciation you would usually have in hotels of that price), the coffee machine needed maintenance (red light blinking, overdue descaling I guess, it still worked though), only espresso capsules and no coffee, the breakfast was outdated and clumsy (no healthy bread, not nicely served, ice cold overcooked eggs, I stopped having it after the first morning, there are much better options in the city). Location is good (practical but nothing special), however, for that price you may go as well for a nicer hotel in an even better place. This place has potential but is unfortunately not there yet. I will choose a different place next time.

A very lovely little, typically French hotel (lovely furniture and fittings) tucked away down a side street, just a short walk away from the historic centre and tram connections (literally a 5 min walk from airport tram stop to the hotel) - and useful for going to City du Vin, the amazing WW2 submarine bunkers and nearby food court. We had the ground floor room, which doesn't have a balcony, but does have very good double glazing and a shutter to keep out the light at night. We slept very well there. Bathroom is clean, nicely finished and shower very good. Excellent breakfasts typically French (croissant or pain au chocolat, bread, good coffee/tea, orange juice, plain yogurt, cheese and ham plate). Staff are lovely, speak some English (so some French is useful). We were there when temperatures were around the 30C mark and were very comfortable in our room with the aircon. Absolutely nothing. We really enjoyed our stay 3 night stay there.
