Everything about this place was amazing! The breakfast was amazing! Staff was amazing and if they couldn’t help they told us who to ask! This is my favorite place I’ve stayed at! And the massage was heavenly!! Loved everything except such a late check in. I will for sure stay here again tho!

We stayed in room 1109 on the lower floor. The shower head was huge, but the water pressure was very low - more like light rain. The TV not working the floor felt sticky, and the headboard was dirty. The room also looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The restaurant on the 6th floor had amazing views, But the wait for food was quite long. Sorry to say.

Location was incredible. The views from the hotel was very nice and the sunsets were unbelievable. Very close to different restaurants and shops. I had the hotel decorate our room for our anniversary and my wife was very surprised and she loved it. There seems to be a lot of staff but most are not really doing anything. The room cleaning could be better. The price for my room seemed to be high but it was my choice to pick that room. The room had no closet or anywhere to unpack our suitcase so that was very frustrating.

Great location A completely odd layout. No relaxing area to lay by a pool, limited and always "occupied" sun lounges on the beach. Breakfast whilst included was terrible to say the least and other restaurants very average. Would not recommend to people who are seeking a relaxing adult experience.

They granted my request and made my brother’s birthday special with their simple room birthday set up. Much appreciated.

Bazeni su ok Hotel je sve u svemu ok ali sam ocekivala vise Dorucak na žalost od hotela sa 4 zvijezdice očekujem više. Svaki dan smo, nakon pospremanja sobe, zvali recepciju jer su nam falili ili rucnici ili samponi ili nesto (bili smo 6 dana, 5 noci). Zavjese I svi prozori su užasno zmazani u sobi ?

Clean, good rooms. Too loud. Low quality food. Staff are not empowered.

The beach in front is really nice and the staff are also very kind. I didn’t realize there would be music from 8am to 10pm or that the pool right in front of my room (I chose the pool access room) is also open and full of kids screaming from 8 am to 10 pm. We had really bad jetlag on the first day and wanted to sleep early and it was such a hassle… They also decided to do karaoke after the music stopped at 10pm. So it wasn’t quiet until 12 am! And it was a Monday! The second day they played the same 5 songs throughout the whole day and because we were chilling in the beach infront of the property, and the music is so loud, we listened to those songs over and over again. also, the bathroom is not cleaned well… the sink area is old and dirty, the shower has a little mold, the room smells like humidity… but the worst part for me were the towels. They all had small yellow stains. It was disgusting. I would’ve let the music thing pass but the towel situation was awful. Not just the shower ones (those were mostly okay), but especially the beach/pool ones.

Very poor response and hospitality!! Stayed iin a room with no wifi. Left messages with no response. Was told we will be moved to a different room . Didn't happen. Made us wait a long time to get room ready at 1:30 am and then the room had no wifi. The maintenance person then was in the room for a while. Was told we will be moved but didn't happen. Non responsive. Whole stay with no communication with family and work. Still waiting for a response to all my messages.

The staff were amazing. They took care of everything we needed. This place is a great place for relaxation. Had a wonderful and clean spot on the beach. The food for breakfast was great start to the day. They had entertainment every night and it is a wonderful place to stay. The location is great if you don't need to go to a lot of places and don't mind walking everywhere.

Clean good location I was originally provided a different room without ocean view. I specifically told the hotel I want ocean view and I paid for ocean view.

Noisy- My purpose of visiting boracay is to rest. But this place is too noisy. Too loud. They play a very loud music all the time. The poll is very cold. Why they cant invest in a heated pool? The weather in phil is not hot all the time. There should be days where this is heated.

Great location in Station 3 of Boracay!! Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, amazing sunset view at the rooftop pool area. The complimentary breakfast could be slightly better but the amazing beach view at the breakfast area makes up for it :)

The staff were lovely—always smiling and eager to help, which we really appreciated. The location was also good: busy, lively, and full of energy. However, when we arrived, it felt like the reception wasn’t expecting us. It was a bit confusing. Unlike other hotels where guests are usually anticipated and welcomed accordingly, here we were simply asked for a bunch of coupons we had no idea about. It gave the impression that they weren’t fully prepared for our check-in. We stayed in one of their panoramic ocean view rooms, which is the most expensive option they offer. At first glance, the room was okay—spacious, but poorly designed. The bathroom door was positioned right next to a large concrete wall, making it incredibly tight to get through. My husband and I could barely fit, and I’m only 5’3” and petite. The most disappointing part was the view. What was advertised as a “panoramic ocean view” was mostly blocked by three to four tall coconut trees, leaving us with maybe a third of the ocean in sight. I considered requesting a different room, but my husband didn’t want to cause a fuss, so we decided to stay. Things only got worse. The toilet had a strong sewage odor, almost as if the entire hotel’s plumbing was feeding into it. I felt nauseated every time I used it. The tap was leaking, and the wooden decorative panel behind the bed frame was loose and unstable. Thankfully, it didn’t fall—especially important since we had our 22-month-old son with us. There were exposed cables all over, making the room unsafe for children. The outdoor “jacuzzi” wasn’t a jacuzzi at all—just a small pool barely big enough for a child. Worse, it was leaking, and water wouldn’t stay inside. The balcony was constantly messy, covered in dry leaves, making it feel untidy and poorly maintained. There was no proper door handle to open two door to balcony. The wood panels were chipping, so literally you have to force it open or lift it with all you strength to get out. To top it off, there was no elevator access to the third floor where these so-called premium rooms are located, which added to the overall inconvenience.
