I liked everything about this accommodation. It was beautifully presented, amazingly clean and exceptionally secure (there is seriously an armoured door to gain access to the Tempo Bianco Suites!). Gaining access was straightforward - a detailed guide was provided along with an info guide about restaurants, bars etc in Bologna. The location was great for me being only a 20 mins stroll to Bologna FC Stadium, and approx 30 mins stroll from the Centrale railway station and a 30 mins stroll to central Bologna. The Basilica San Luca is also close to the football stadium, which I found amazing - well worth a visit. The surrounding area is well serviced by buses if you need a ride. The accommodation has great facilities all round: a comfortable bed, electric kettle in the room, TV that was easy to use, plenty of lighting and electric sockets. The bathroom is lovely, complete with an electric mirror, hairdryer, some basic toiletries and super white towels. I appreciated the welcome cakes and teabags upon arrival. There is a communal sitting area where you will find cups, cutlery etc where you can sit and eat or watch TV if you want. For breakfast you get a voucher for a coffee and pastry at a place just across the road which I liked. Great value! I would definitely visit again! The road that the rooms overlook is a little busy but that didn't bother me too much and it was very quiet over night

Our suite was located in a lovely residential area, convenient to restaurants and transportation. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and beautiful towels. Our contact person was very attentive to our questions and responded quickly.

The room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, with a heated towel rail. Communication with the host was good, and early check-in was kindly accommodated. Vouchers were offered for the breakfast. A desk and a chair were missing to work on the pc

It was easy to get into the property, the hosts were kind and responsive when we texted, and the room was very clean. The walls were extremely thin, to the point I could hear the people who showed up later in the evening plug in their phone. It is also right off the main Street so it was a bit noisy. Not the property fault, but the street is also under construction and so it was a bit difficult to find open restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and luxurious. Good service and information. The only downside is the noise from the cars on the street.

The room was nice, big and clean. The area was quiet, 20 minutes walk from the train station or to the city center. Supermarket close by. We communicated with the hosts via whatsapp. And they left us a gift bag with sweets. There were all sorts of mishaps that made our stay uncomfortable at times. The first day there some guys came to install air conditioning in the rooms. Nobody warned us about this. They were polite, but they needed access to the room, they made noise, we couldn't rest. And it took like half a day. There was a shared kitchen, and we could hear people in the other room using it, thin walls I guess. We got a message about checking out 2 days prior to our last day, another missunderstanding. We had to pay the city tax in cash, leave the money in the room (we had to get the exact change, everywhere else we paid by card). And even though we stayed in the room in the photos, the actual building was at another address than the one listed on booking, and it had a different name.
