That we only stayed one day. It would have been a great place to live in for a rest from our traveling
-
The room was comfortable, the host was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Everything! The room was comfortable, beautiful, and clean. I loved the shower. Well priced especially for Bologna. Nothing

Paolo is such a nice host, really friendly and forthcoming. He puts a lot of effort into the breakfast buffet, even if there are only few guests, he's given us a lot of tips regarding good restaurants and gettng around Bologna. We also got to store our luggage long after the check-out time. The room is lovely, very clean and comfortable. All in all, an amazing experience for a really good price!! Only negative thing is that we couldn't stay longer :))

We appreciated flexible check in, the host communicated pretty well and the room was clean and quiet. A plus was a small fridge in a room, hairdryer and common area. A bit of a walk to the city center but the area was really nice.

Paolo Is a great host! He was very chatty and very curious about getting to know us. He gave us tips about Bologna and he was clear and friendly. The location is amazing for both going into the city centre and going to watch bologna at the stadium. The room is wonderful with everything you need. Breakfast is really nice and very chill. Definitely recommend it!

Nice room, flexible check-in, very good breakfast, separate tables, fridge and water cooker in the room, luggage storage (without lock) possible We found the area nice, but small walk to the city centre necessary

The room was comfortable with a great shower and breakfast was amazing! Paolo was eager to please and very kind. Our stay was just after the flood so things were on a bit of upheaval in the city but we still enjoyed it and hope the people of Bologna don’t have to go through this again. Just a little further from the old city when the weather isn’t so cooperative but if it had been dry it would have been fine!

Paolo is an amazing host. The breakfast is so good with few types of bread and cheese, meat and the cakes are home made. You also have hot drinks as coffee or tea, cereals, plenty of food to choose from. The room is spacious and clean, with high ceilings and a lot of natural light, with blinds if you want a more dark room. The bed sheets and towels were changed regularly, also the bins changed daily. The accomodation is located in a really nice area and quiet, close to Lidl, close to a pizzeria and a bar if you wanna grab a drink. Very close from the accomodation is the bus for the airport. The city is walkable and the accomodation is not far away from the city center. In the room you have water, a kettle where you can make your own tea. As an idea maybe some slippers will be good.

Wonderful room, spacious and clean, and the common room where breakfast is served has a very generous breakfast spread and a large balcony where you can eat outside if weather is good. Paolo himself is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my stay. Location is a 30min walk or 15min bus from Bologna Central station, but instructions for checkin are clear. Found the bed big but mattress somewhat too hard for my taste - noticed this for several places in Italy, so that may be a standard thing.

It's a great place not far from the old cuty of Bologna. You can reach the main attractions by foot (about half an hour) or by bus (10-15 minutes). The appartment has everything you might need and is very clean and cozy. The host is very friendly. There was the best hot shower of all our trip) We absolutely loved the place!
