Excellent location The shower handle was broken, it was never fixed. We had to take showers with only hot water or in the bathtub which was not clean. There was dried blood on the pillow and they came into our room and took personal items from our suitcase.

Nothing as such. Location was ok. 1. Staff was not helpful at all and was always in hurry which made us feel why the hell we book this hotel. 2. Room was bad as the door was not getting locked and always had fear that someone might enter when sleeping. 3. Hotel has parking but for 18 euros per night and that too when you are checking in at 2.00 in midnight when you have 1 and 4 year old kid which doesn't make you feel comfortable I am also attaching the room door fotos where you can see how is the quality of door and value for money was totally felt ripped off.

Good internet Everything was bad, staff was exeptional, dirty room, sketchy location, cannabis smell on the whole hotel even in the elevators and in my room, there was mold building up in the room. I will never stay there again. I did not feel secure even going out of my room to the reception because there were loud screams and banging noises all night. 100% will not recommend.

Location was great as were the breakfast options. Staff was very friendly as well. Several errors with information and the apartment only had a fridge for the amenities. No coffee maker or even a kettle. Maybe it was my mistake but it was the first time there wasn’t even a kettle.

Personally, the pillows are very bad as they're very thin and I could not get comfortable to sleep. Also, the paid breakfast was kinda sad and dry. You're better off spending those 8€ on a coffee and sandwich in some local coffee shop than there.

Nothing Very old building no working aircon i was freezing the only answer i recieved was they will tell the manger , end up by changing room. No help at all from the stuff , then in the other room the fredge was out of service , no cleaning at all , they charge 20 euros at night if you park the car there! Very cheap and durty hotel , owned by chinese family that they wanna just make money without maintaining the place !!

Good walking distance to central Bologna. Staff couldn't find my reservation so I was sent to another hotel (at midnight and it was cold) only to return. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The cups used for breakfast were unclean.

The hotel is very old and not maintained the room are old, no lamp properly plugged in that was quite dangerous, the door not isolating from external noises. it was a bad experiences for sure it is not a 4 stars hotel I will never recommend it to other travelers . The coffee machine was broken

Ease of access to train station and airport. Large room, large bathroom. Free wifi Staff member was vert helpful with getting power to the room Check in took forever and the staff seemed overwhelmed, every process took many minutes to complete Very small beds. Difficult to get lights to turn on in the room (you had to use key card slot in the wall) Overall, very old-school feeling

Lack of communication about the water. I am used to having water for free in the room, but afterwards, I was charged for each bottle of water. Feels tricky and unfair.

The property was lovely. Everything was extremely clean straight away and the staff were nice. Our check in process was quick and easy, which we appreciated as we were both sick. Our room was very big - a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be - and included a walk way, a kitchenette, a fold-out bed/couch seating area, a tv, a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large bathroom. Our room was on the 7th floor so the view was lovely and, if it were warmer, a drink on the balcony would have been nice, I’m sure. We stayed for two nights, but we definitely could have stayed for much longer. We had a small kitchenette and while it served its purpose somewhat, we were lacking a lot of the typical things (I.e., a toaster, pots and pans, forks, bowls). I just didn’t understand why we had a stove but didnt have the tools to be able to cook on the stove? We had the issue of our duvet not having a cover which I think might have been just how the hotel did it, but it was a bit of a surprise. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available in the wardrobes though. Some of the towels had small holes but that was easily ignored. The lack of shower curtain and no fan in the bathroom were very annoying as it meant water got everywhere. The lift is small but that’s to be expected in Italy - just be prepared for a cramped fit. As a note: we had a bath/shower combo and if you’re short like me, you might struggle a little getting in :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. All of the staff was really nice, the room was spacious. I couldn't hear the neighbors very much. Great quality for the price.

Room much nicer than expected

Breakfast was good. There were plenty of selection options. They had a good selection of pastries and juices. The staff was quite helpful. There was nothing I can point out that was particularly bad about breakfast. I think the hotel should consider positioning the coffee machine in a less central spot in the dining room. There were a lot of people who had to wait for their coffee.

Representatives were pleasant, easy to deal with. Room was more than expected, very Italian. That we couldn’t stay longer. We couldn’t eat all the different foods for breakfast. (So good!!)

Locarion Everything else

The rooms were very well furnished. The location is great, with a bus stop nearby that makes it easy to get around the city in no time. The blankets weren’t very comfortable to sleep in, and some surfaces were a bit dusty, but otherwise there’s nothing to complain about.

I liked the room and the view from it and the quadruple room was cery big and comfortable. There wasn't any chairs or table on the balcony, And we paid on booking for apartment with two bedrooms but due some issues we got a qudruple room and one onother separate room. The location is't the best
