Everything was okay. After entering the building, it took a while to reach the apartment. Then, after going up and down stairs, walking a little further, then going up stairs again, and finally taking a small elevator.

Beautiful, clean, modern room and bathroom. Very quiet, excellent for sleeping. Location is 10mins walk into the main shopping strip and square, secure car park 2 mins walk (through a lively local park). Easy to drive to from the highway. Yes a few up and down stairs to get to the elevator but it’s well sign-posted and efficient. Room had kettle and coffee maker and fridge which was a nice touch. Breakfast is in a cute local bar just outside the building. A great base for 2 nights. Bathroom was lovely but shower pressure from the rain shower was poor and not the hottest. Handheld shower is better but not so convenient.

The location was close to train station. Large shower. Clean and comfortable room with excellent linens. Gave us the option to store luggage. Also allowed us to check in early.

Francesco was great and such a welcoming host. He helped me make calls after I lost my passport and was always open to answering questions for us.

Good location for train and centro. Comfortable beds, attractive room and bath, nice towels. Breakfast ( coffee and pastry) at nearby cafe was pleasant. 7th floor location with very small elevator capacity!
