Very well located near to the historic centre (15min by walking), very clean and the staff was amaizing. They have a supermarket in the corner

Room is above lovely museum, 13 mins to train station and 8 mins to the Maggiore Doesn’t have any facilities inside except towels

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious. But there was minimal furniture. Although we only traveled with carry on luggage, We had to put one bag on the floor and the other barely fit on on the only table. one key was issued for each room and you had to use it to also lock the room from the inside. So, if I left in the morning for a walk, for instance, I had to lock my wife in the room while she was sleeping or leave the door unlocked! Later i did get an extra key. Still, rather strange.

Excellent location Very clean Comfortable Excellent staff There was no telephone in the room. There wasn’t any coffee facilities in the room

The location was close to the train station and easy to get into the main area. They will keep your luggage if your are early or leaving after your check out. I found it pretty noisy even with the shutters closed. The rooms on the other side of the hall are probably quieter, but single travelers NEVER get those. No extras (such as a kettle in the room) unless you ask, and someone else has not already grabbed it.

Good walking distance to everything you need from the center to the train station. Staff were very helpful as well! N/A

The rooms are simple, but clean and the check in process was easy. The location is great and there is free luggage storage so arriving early or leaving later was convenient. Overall very happy with this stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at ResArt. The staff was exceptional , very sweet and accommodating with me and my dog. The location is PERFECT - close enough to the train station, close to the city center and safe area to get home even late night. Room is simple, but had everything i needed. Would definitely stay again :) I find the pet fee a little high ( officially 20 euros per night ). BUT when i voiced this after booking i was offered a free cancellation and once i extended my stay i was offered a lower fee as well which was very nice.

The room key chain was larger than necessary.

It's a hotel about an art gallery near the university part of town. You get free access to the gallery as part of your stay. The rooms are absolutely massive with a balcony with a great view of the city. Seriously you could conduct a yoga class for 6 people inside the room I stayed in without moving any furniture. They are able to check your bags and the staff is very friendly and available until 8pm. The gelato place across the way is really good and there's a grocery store, bakery, brunch place and bar/coffee bar within a two minute walk of the place. The walls are thin and you hear the cleaning staff in the morning. They start around 9am iirc. I was usually waking up by then anyhow but if you're into sleeping in and the night life I could see this being really frustrating. There's no staff after 8pm but door code to get in. They have an emergency number but it's an actual Italian phone number with NO WHATSAPP or other data only way to contact them in case of an emergency. It would really suck to lose your key and have your cellphone on an esim but then have to go looking around for someone to help you make an old school phone call. The shower is tiny but they totally had room for a bathtub.

Great location - 15 mins walk from train station, 15 mins from downtown with multiple supermarkets, busses, etc around. Staff were very lovely and accommodating, great value for the room.

The location is great and there is an art museum downstairs. Just across the street, there is a hypermarket Pam and a very good gelato place. The handbook for the hotel is interesting to read.

The air conditioning system is very weak so the room left me feeling very warm all night and sweating. I could hardly get any sleep.
