The room was nice and the accommodation while staying was generally quiet. There were two shared bathrooms. The staff member was nice and accommodating once he had arrived to the accommodation. When we arrived we had to ask someone who was working nearby to help us find the accommodation. After we reached the front door, we had to call the owners as no one was there to let us in. He was able to give us the door code so we could let ourselves in and find our room. We waited for him to arrive so we were able to check in properly. He asked if we wanted to cancel the booking and we wouldn't have to pay the city tax fee but we said no and kept the payment as normal in case something went wrong. Our room didn't have the amount of beds we asked for so we had to wait for someone else to come and set up a fold-out bed for us too. The room and the rest of the accommodation area smelt like smoke.

Good location Close to the central bus and train station Weird host, barely there Hard to find the entrance to the building, had to lay on locals to guide me. Pigeon poop all over the balcony and overall the balcony was kinda nasty Weird apartment Not a good noise isolation

The bed was soft, the room was spacious and the bathroom was big and clean. The guy asked if we could pay in cash when I had stated during the booking that I would pay with credit card. He told us the room would be ready at 14:30. Around that time, I asked if it was ready for us. He then asked us to wait until 15:30. When he arrived, he asked us if we could cancel the booking so he wouldn’t get charge the fees, obviously leaving us in an uncomfortable situation since we would be staying there without a contract. We obviously refused. Later, when he should us to our room, we pointed out that the cable to pull the blinds was broken so we obviously got no city views. He proceeded to apologize and record a video pretending to send it to someone to fix it. I later pointed out that the shelf were the tv and ac remote were were wet and he just dried it off with some toilet paper. We later figured out it was wet because the ac was leaking and making “drop” sounds all night. I also pointed out that there was no fridge and he just said that some previous guests broke it and that was it. No room change or anything.
