only that the location is good and room is spacious. I’ve stayed in over 20 hotels and guesthouses across Europe, and this was by far my worst experience. The accommodation is actually rooms in a house, not a proper hotel setup, which led to confusion from the start. I was initially given two rooms with their keys, only to be woken up two hours later and told there was a mistake. The host was rude, didn’t apologize, and even entered the room while I was packing, complaining about needing to clean again. The situation was handled very unprofessionally, especially bringing other guests to the door while I was still inside. The bathroom was outside the room (although my room could be locked), and the sliding door between my room/bathroom and the outside didn’t lock, which felt very insecure. Breakfast was inconsistent and poor. The host, who lives downstairs, cooked strong-smelling food for dinner that spread into the rooms and was quite unpleasant. There was also an awkward situation where I was asked to pay city tax again, even though it was already included in my payment. On top of that, basic amenities were lacking (very small trash bin, weak fridge and no wardrobe). Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

We just lived the design of this place, it feels like a live art gallery. The hosts are super helpful and kind. The rooms aren't really soundproof, but it was quiet enough to have a great good night sleep.

I wish I had more day to spend in this lovely home. Fantastic location, close to the historic town. The breakfast was delicious and ample. Highly recommend.

The owners are a lovely couple who were approachable and nice. The house itself is beautiful, full of artwork, it has an interesting vibe. The room was clean and comfortable with everything that I needed. Breakfast was very good. Location was super convenient for me as it was 15min walk to the Research area and 15-20min to various nice restaurants and train station (basically going straight).

Loved the set up, everywhere you looked there was something interesting. Bit out of Bologna, but there is a bus stop down the road.

The place was nice and tidy, check in was super easy. The rooms and bathrooms had doors in-between so it was possible to relax and have some privacy. The breakfast was super nice and we were able to request when we'd like to have breakfast each day. Monica and Antonio are nice and hospitable people and we overall had a very nice stay Everything was good to be honest
