So thankful for all the little things included such as the q-tips and the snacks and water! Very clean and comfortable bed.

The hotel is a bit far from the town center, and during the hot days of june it can be rough. However, there is a bus stop nearby and Bologna has a great bus system, so it wasn't too inconvenient.

Staff was courteous and warm. The location didn’t work for me. Having to take a 29-minute bus ride to and from Centro Storico got very old very fast. And only part of the hotel has been updated; the older rooms are decrepit and depressing.

The hotel was excellently placed with respect to A14 highway, and and it was very clearly indicated with special mark on all the way from the highway up to its location. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was large. The parking space was safe. The breakfast menu could be a little bit extended.

Wonderfully clean and quiet room, elevator, balcony. The balcony was an excellent surprise as I first thought there was a wall outside of a window and curtain. It turned out to be double doors that open to a balcony with a little chair. The overnight person was not as helpful as the Daytime people. He seemed to have a bit of an attitude.

I loved how clean and spacious the room was and the lovely surprise balcony. It was quiet at night. It was light and bright during the day and dark at night. The shades outside the window windows are amazing.

I like a firm bed, but this was like sleeping on the floor. Otherwise this hotel was ok.

Great location near the bus stop (bus23). Hotel had a lift and was very clean. We slept pretty well in spite of the air not working. They did give us a fan which helped. They said the air was not working that evening. The shower drain was apparently clogged so we couldn’t turn the shower on fully.

A bit of noise during night as the hospital is across the street - ambulances and helicopters might come from time to time.

The location was chosen to be close to the airport, but actually it was a 10min ride. Not bad, but just to be clear.

Nice room and beds, very clean facilities, very helpful staff Noise from the sewage pipes, you need a taxi to go to city center, so each ride is around 17-22 euros
