The desk to work in the room

The staff reached out to me first in Spanish, then since I used English and did make an effort to send me English and told me that I need to pay cash in Peso. The room is at the end of the hallway. In the morning, probably around 6 am, I heard noises from the hallway. Likely is because some people got up and were talking. It was a bit loud. But did not last long. Also when I had breakfast, the stuff did not speak English, it would be great if the hotel can prepare an breakfast menu in English. I tried to send what's app messages to the receptionist but I guess it was too early and nobody respond to me.

It was real comfortable, located in a very relaxing neighborhood and the staff was super nice Payment is only in cash

Staff were always attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the simple breakfast. The room was large with an amazing hot shower, perfect for our family of four. The location is about an 30-hour from downtown, especially with traffic-there is a lot of traffic in Bogota. There are no restaurants close by so we ordered in one night.

I got some messages from the hotel demanding payment in cash. Some hours later, they demanded a bank transfer. Also, they inflated the price that booking says. The staff was loud at night and too busy watching TikToks even during the day.

Well located in a quiet, modern residential neighborhood. Walking distance to a dozen public transit route. Property was very safe, clean, spotless. Breakfast is good, staff was very helpful. Our room was of good size and well appointed. Wifi was spotty, probably varies from room to room. Rooms don’t have enough electrical outlets.

Good location, felt very safe there (seemed like a wealthy neighborhood) clean rooms, very friendly staff, decent breakfast, we were able to leave our bags there for a couple hours since we arrived ealry and we were able to get our room earlier than expected! We were there Friday night through Sunday night so it was a bit noisey, not very sound proof rooms! Other than that no other complaints.
