This is a small world inside Bogta. Very easy , convient amazingly beautiful hostel. Security is top class. Lots of activites in evening time. Also breakfast is so unique they provided so many things and we can cook from that as well :) Staff is changing every time but every one is cool and nice . Just loved the vibrant interior and beautiful garden.

The location is excellent. I really like the surroundings, good restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets. Everything is just right there. The hostal is very quiet at night. The bed was not very comfortable same as the chairs in the co-working area.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was super clean, the kitchen was great, water pressure was excellent, beds were comfy, and the location is perfect, quiet street but close to everything.

After trying a few other hostels in this area (that I didn't like), I checked into Vecinos and it was by far the best. I had a great time there as the staff and volunteers were super nice, the included DIY breakfast was great and the location which offers plenty of restaurants, cafés etc. was very convenient. As it can get quite cold at night in Bogota and buildings mostly don't have heaters, it got quite chilly in the hostel, which was a bit unpleasant at times.

This is a newly renovated hostel in the heart of an amazing neighbourhood, that I didn’t even know existed in Bogotá. I just saw the pretty pictures here and thought I’ll give it a try. And I haven’t been disappointed! Apparently the owners have just changed and with them a lot of things that needed fixing in the house. If you like to be in a cozy family environment and live to explore something of the beaten track, this hostel is truly yours, trust me. I did like everything about the property, just a little heads up here that the place just opened and therefore they might be missing to ask you for a towel for example. But everybody of the staff is keen on fixing every little thing super fast, so that was not at all a problem for me.

The booking.com provided the free cancellation option for my booking on the same day. I asked the reception lady in the hostel to cancel my booking and to return the money. She was very disrespectful and unfriendly. She denied to make a 100 percent return and she told that she will withdraw lots of commissions from the money that I paid. So basically I was forced to stay in the hostel. On the next day, I moved to much better and cheaper place nearby. The hostel is way too much overpriced. You can find much better amenities around for twice as less price. The hostel is not so awful, but it is not good either. Once you get in the hostel they ask you to pay additional price for everything - towels etc. I'm surprised that they do not charge for using the toilet. Beds are very narrow and small. There is no hot water in the shower. The kitchen is dirty and messy. Internet doesn't work all the time, the connection often breaks down. Don't rely on it, bring your 4G phone because videos and fast traffic are not working there. There is a huge hole between the narrow bed and the wall, so your stuff will fall down to the floor or to the neighbor downstairs.

The common areas was quite nice. There was water to drink and the host and staff was quiet friendly. I checked in late and they waited for me to arrive and get me situated. They did t speak any English but tried as best as they could to communicate with me. The rooms were smaller than I thought and way too small for 6 persons. The light in my bunk didn't work. There was no hot water and it was a freezing night.

The showers sucked and you were lucky to get consistent hot water. The Staff was definitely not the friendliest

Jensen, Junior and staff were very sweet and helpful. Everything was clean and I love the location. They had cute little doggies that were friendly and shared their affection with the guests. They washed laundry for me and set up bike tours. Really enjoyed my stay I will return
