They told me one hour before arriving that I didn't have my reservation because they had an error.

Nothing they didn’t let me stay because they oversold the rooms after having stayed there the night before which is ridiculous Everything especially the staff.

Dog/cat dander in the blankets; cold as ice. A man was allowed to “call” his friend, conversating for 10 hours in loud Hindi in the atrium for two nights in a row. He would top the night off with a stenchy bowel movement that angered everyone.

Alejandro and Alexandra also played games with us all night before our flight in the evening. We were so welcomed and the staff were so helpful. One of my favourite stays, it felt like a home.

The staff were so helpful. First we only booked for one when we meant to book 2 beds in a dorm, when we told the staff this they gave us a private room for both of us at no extra cost. We then ordered a takeaway which never came, and they called the company and got them to deliver that order and more for us the next day, and the night of our failed order, one of the staff escorted us to get some food. So friendly, comfy and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Perfect shower if you are alone. Really friendly ppl / staff. Cheap and good private room. Not too much space in the commun area but what can they do for it ?
