The people working there are nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There is a bathroom in the room with good hot water. They held a bag for me while I went on a side trip until I returned. The place is bigger and nicer than it appears from the outside. The area is not nice but just a few blocks away the areas are much better and there is a transmilenio stop very close. The location just around the hotel is pretty sketchy with prostitutes. This could change in the future I suppose. I did not feel unsafe but it was not appealing. My TV had bad cable reception with snow in the picture. When I reported it the man working there just set it for local channels and never tried to fix it to receive the cable channels. I realized all it took was to wedge the cable in tighter and I was able to watch the cable channels more clearly. It just needs a new connector to fix it. It would be nice to have more coffee or tea available at least during breakfast.

The people are very nice and the breakfast was nice. It is just a few blocks from a Transmilenio stop. There are some good shops pretty close. The bed is comfortable and there is a shower in the room. The toughest part is that the location is pretty sketchy. A second cup of coffee at breakfast would have been great. The TV had a loose connector that could be easily fixed but was not, so the picture was not clear.

The beds are a little harder than I'm used too. I felt OK getting food in the lite areas for me personally the hotel is great but warning the area SEEMS (key word) dangerous but it didn't bother me at all.

The staff is really friendly. The breakfast was good. The rooms are very economical. The neighborhood is very unpleasant.

Rude and lackluster service

Staff friendly The location is in a red light district with prostitutes literally right outside

Ultra friendly staff. Nice breakfast, scrambled eggs, bread and hot chocolate. Basic room, but comfortable. 50 metres up the road is a red light district. However, the girls nor the punters bother you.

The location of this hotel is in a rough part of the city. If you are looking for a cheap hotel and aren't concerned of what is out side this is fine. I didn't feel in danger but this is not where I would take my family.

the rooms were okay the location wasn’t the best and the staff did not seem to know much about Booking.com. The WiFi did not work and they said in their Booking profile that they accept all payment methods but in reality they only accept cash and transfers.

Great service I was given by Sonia, Lucena and Anderson. Really kind people. The shower and toilet are together. I mean there isn't anything that separates them, so it's uncomfortable as the toilet and sink get wet when a ? is taken. The neighborhood isn't that good.
