Excellent location. Super disappointed with the caliber of the hotel and price. Bathrooms were awful. Shower didn’t work. It was a whole process to get the hot water. It should not be that way for the quality of hotel they are presenting. Oh and there was a short with the lights in our bedroom. I really could not understand what was all that.

The staff and the hotel interior design No kettle in the room to boil water and no drinking water

Excellent hotel! Could not recommend it enough, the staff were amazing and the hotel was super clean, peaceful, and elegant.

Everything was very good, professional, polite. The breakfast room is gorgeous. Food very good quality. I am a picky person but I actually cannot think of what could have been better. It is a gem in an excellent location, an oasis.

Very attentive and approachable staff. Breakfast area personnel are top notch. Breakfast is ample and aming the best in Bogotá in terms of selection. Rooms feel cozy and, unlike other hotels in the area, are not sterile. There is no courtesy water bottle in the room. Minibar is not stocked. There is no nearby supermarket. The entrance has stairs to the reception with no ramp.

Feels like a post-colonial mansion. Probably the most generous breakfast in the Zona T of Bogota. Soup and calentado (rice) available most days as well as a huge spread of cold cuts and pastries. The restaurant staff are very attentive and take huge pride in their work. You enter through a long vestibule towards a large living room from which you can work. Rooms are spacious for USA standards. Bath products are limited. A bit farther from other hotels near the Andino shopping mall—but if is a safe, upscale residential area. First-timers to Bogota are better off in other hotels closer to the shopping mall.

The staff is the best by far! Food excellent in all aspects. Great atmosphere, decorated with old furniture gives a warm and unique feeling. Rooms used to be the same style, like old rooms of homes. After renovating the rooms are colder, like normal hotel room. The bathrooms are better than before except the shower floor is super slippery. I like the old rooms better Very stingy with bathroom supplies. You have to go to management to get an extra towel each day! Soaps and the like will be supplied whe you have a thin soap bar. Unpleasant

Large comfortable room, junior suite. Pluses like double sink, sofa, desk. We asked for a kettle and it was brought to us with a selection of teas. Breakfast has made to order eggs and a nice selection of breads, cheese and fruits . Staff were very professional. Quiet location too! No fan or air circulation unless the windows are open.

This is a charming boutique hotel very conveniently located close to Zona T in busy Bogotá, We had a great stay there. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and very forthcoming, making us feel very much at home. Special thanks go to Edna and Yojan at the restaurant! Nothing we did not like, would always come back!

Everything,, it was charming and in a great location. The breakfast was great and the place had a lovely warm atmosphere Not much wrong, would have been nice if there was drinking water in the bedrooms

The service in the hotel was excellent, renovations are ongoing and the quality of the room was very good. Breakfast was a little sparse. The eggs could have been better prepared and for Colombia, well the coffee could be fresh.
