Hotel it's located in a great center area with walk-in distance of stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Easy access to any type of transportation in the area. I was located in the second floor and you can listen everything. Overnight staff not sure if they are loud when they speak on the phone but you can listen at 1am or 2am having conversations. Not sure if the other floors are like that but try to stay away of the second floor because you can listen anything happens in the first floor

I like the location. There are a lot of local restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. 12-minute walk to KFC. The staff is really friendly and helpful. My room was on the first floor, which was so noisy. I talked to the lady at reception. her manager moved me to the third floor, which was much quieter. The rooms on the first floor were noisy.

The breakfast was excellent but down the street at a restaurant. WiFi in the room didnt work well. It worked in the common areas with no problem.

Everything was very good. The door access or the system they have installed to allow access to the hotel.

The bathroom was poorly maintained, when I turn the tap to open the water, the tap knob simply fell off the wall

Friendly staff, clean room Room is side by side too close each other and I have a friend to visit for a short time and the staff says they will charge more.

    Quite noisy on the street

The staff were very accommodating to me as an American with little to know Spanish knowledge. I learned a great deal while there. Sometimes at night I could hear people making noise until the wee hours. That's all really.

    Helpful and friendly staff

It was a central location, the staff was super nice and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. It was an easy check in and check out experience and there was always one or two people available. The view of the mountains in the morning was quite nice. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit loud, especially for rooms facing the street. I would try to make sure you get a back facing room if you want to prioritize quietness over the view. Also, there is construction on the main road nearby which means the transmilenio stations nearby are closed off making it harder to use public transportation. I chose to use Uber most of the time so this was a minor inconvenience.

    2) Safety: you have to go through an electronically locked door to enter the building after a visual or camera verification. These were all the good things I liked about the hotel. 1) Overnight Noise: a female employee at the reception desk had her speaker phone blasting overnight for 5 out of 7 nights at this hotel. She was playing music, watching movies, or talking on the phone so loud that she woke me up every time. This is a blatant disrespect to guests and I have no tolerance for inconsiderate people. This is also what ruined the whole stay for me. 2) Unfriendly Employees: except for Karen above, most employees do not acknowledge customers unless you say hello to them first. 3) Missing Essentials: for a place calling themselves a "hotel," they don't provide shower soap or shampoo. Just a foaming hand wash soap. This even after I asked an employee one afternoon. 4) Shower Head: the sprayer head is broken or very loose and water is leaking outside of the shower stall and into the bathroom floor, causing towels to get wet and making the floor slippery, which could cause an accident. 5) Small Rooms: the rooms at this hotel are very small for the amount of money they charge. 6) Location: this is not the best location for tourists, as it is quite far from tourist spots. It is not walkable and can be sketchy for walking at night. You have to ride the metro, bus or taxi to see any of the highlights of Bogota. NOTE: I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying at the place. In my opinion, this is a glorified "hostel" and not a hotel at all. You have been forewarned!

A hotel that offers great value and comfort for a fraction of the cost of others. The facilities are exceptionally clean and welcoming, with a reliable heating for the shower, which is something rarely seen within Bogota. The hotel is located only a few hundred feet from the commercial center, but also offers a decent range of snacks and beverages for a reasonable price. The TV only offers basic cable channels, which is not much of an issue. However, being located on an often busy street, it is quite loud during the mornings and evenings due to the increase in traffic and fairly thin windows, though this only applies to the rooms facing the street.

The main receptionist was friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and close to the airport. The price is good and it's just enough to spend the night. The co-worker place on top is fine. Very noisy area, small rooms and they forgot to clean my room. The WIFI did not work well.

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

Staff were not professional at all ! They shared my full name and room number to 2 random men who were looking for someone that fit my description. SERIOUS SECURITY VIOLATION. No apology for the security and privacy breach. Planned to stay a week left after 1st night. Colombia can be a dangerous place and I dont need to be called down to reception to meet 2 men I dont even know.

The hotel was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Check-in was easy, and we had everything we needed—towels, soap, a working TV, and well-functioning amenities. The room wasn’t huge, but it was perfectly fine for what we booked. Prices were very reasonable. The soundproofing could be improved. While the walls are insulated, the doors and windows are not, so noise from the street and check-in area can be heard. The location is good in many ways, but it is a bit far from Candelaria, the historical and cultural center. Also, there are no USB sockets, which isn’t a major issue, but something to be aware of.
