Everything was absolutely spotless nothing was to much trouble even a little cake platter as it was my husband's birthday was perfect There was nothing we didn't like everything was fantastic food was amazing

We were in Birmingham doing the Black Sabbath/ Ozzy Osbourne tour . It was wonderful to find out that Ozzy had stayed at the Grand Hotel. The staff were very helpful and the Hotel was immaculate. The property and staff exceeded our expectations.

Rooms were spacious and had two armchairs also. Shower was excellent. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and carried our cases out of the entrance for us. It was advertised that there was a terrace. We found it but I had assumed there would be a bar on the terrace but there was not.

The facilities, areas and the service, the desk also let me check in early for the wedding. The bar staff friendly. The hotel was clean and modern and felt lovley. I had emailed twice to request and early check in but never got a response, advising either way what ever the outcome.

Everything was excellent. The facilities were brilliant, the building is beautiful, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Absolutely no complaints.

I couldn't believe how spacious the room and bathroom were! It was exceptional and if I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be staying here again. Bonus points for having a bathrobe, free water and even a yoga mat. I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're considering staying here, I was in room 309. :) If I am going to nit pick, the only thing I would change is to have a hook for the towel next to the shower. The towel warmer, which was the only place to hang towels, was quite a distance away from the shower (yes, the bathroom was that big!).
