Great location Fire alarm at 00:30 and full evacuation. No offer of recompense or voucher of good will offered for the disruption. It wasn't an actual fire but was an intruder. Better communication needed as we were outside for about an hour.

The location was perfect for our visit to the European Athletics Championships at Alexander Stadium – everything was within walking distance. The railway station, shuttle buses, shopping areas, canals, museums, interesting neighbourhoods and plenty of restaurants were all easily accessible. The studio was perfectly suited to our stay, with a small kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom – everything we needed. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet – especially by English standards! There was everything you could wish for, everything was fresh, clean and constantly replenished. The breakfast team was also very attentive and welcoming. We would especially like to mention the reception team. When we needed to change rooms, they were extremely flexible and pragmatic and went above and beyond to help us find the studio that suited us best. A special thank you to Amy and her team! The European Championships were a success in every respect, and Birmingham offered us so much more than we had expected. n.a.

Very very clean. Friendly staff, very very good breakfast. Great location to easily access public transport. Hard to get to using a car if you have luggage, you have to walk for about 60m, not too bad though considering the quality of the place.

The room was clean and well laid out, and the kitchenette was good. It was quiet. The breakfast was excellent - really good range and lots of options available. Useful to have free tea and coffee out of breakfast times. We didn't need to use the laundry but it looked huge, lots of machines. It was a nice touch to have a laundry basket in each room for the longer stay visitors. Its a shame there were no USB charging ports anywhere. These would have been really useful.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff were courteous, informative and friendly. Especially Priya and Terry. Breakfast was good. Rooms air conditioned, all in all a great stay. Nothing really, on a busy drag of city centre is all I could say.

As breakfast was included in the price it was good quality and service. Staff particularly on the check in desk were friendly and efficient. Great location to explore the city centre.
