Quiet and comfortable. Perfect location.

So convenient to Birmingham New St Central Station Literally 10 mins from my room to the train and right by town from the higher exit. The lower steps to the hotel entrance opposite the train Station stunk of urine but that was of no fault of the hotel, just its location

Very beautiful hotels, lovely stay, had a warm and comfortable stay! Nothing, great location!

Very luxurious and perfect location next to the station. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would stay again. Perfect for travel. Quiet. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t get room service which would have been lovely.

Very friendly staff. City centre location. Quiet. Very spacious twin room, nice bathroom. Clean. A little dated but apart from that it is fantastic.

The location was great, just a very short walk from the Bull Ring and New Street Station. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was a nice size. The air conditioning did not work. We had just had an extremely hot heatwave and this resulted in the room feeling like a sauna. The hotel provided a fan, but this was not adequate. It was far too hot to sleep comfortably and I would definitely not stay at this hotel again during the summer months.

Rooms were a good size. Noise levels from the street outside led to a bad night's sleep, as we were there two nights we got moved to another room and complaint was dealt with quickly. Very small amounts of milk, tea and coffee supplied, which considering the room price and standard of hotel was disappointing

I was given an upgrade offer for a deluxe room with 2 beds and paid a total of 125 pounds for the 5 nights I stayed in, but the reality did not reflect that as I was provided only 1 bed instead of what was shown in the picture, I wish to ask for a refund for the 125 pounds I paid for the upgrade
