Superb breakfast. Very minor quibble but one of the lift call buttons in the main lobby was knackered.

The staff are amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind The public toilets became more untidy and unclean during the stay, possibly needs more checking. Otherwise fabulous

The staff were really nice during breakfast time even if it was busy they attended to us all the time. Well done to the whole team!!! I expected a bathtub and only to find out that the room had a shower only and also we couldn’t connect to Netflix using our own account to the tv , called the reception for someone to come and help but no one came and we ended up watching on our devices.

Rooms ,breakfast, location all fabulous. Was at European Athletics Championship .we also had the Swiss team and more interestingly some of the English and NI team there which was great for a bit of star gazing Liked all of it would say we parked where advised via Google and would have helped if booking . Com or the hotel web site advised us to use the car park directly under hotel.
