Hotel was modern, clean and had plenty of facilities and was close to the city centre and the bullring, the buffet breakfast was great, the staff were all very friendly and very helpful, the room was very nice with a all mod cons,plenty of room to about, for us it was in a great location for our needs

Modern The bed was very uncomfortable and of poor quality for a Mariott hotel. This was the least uncomfortable Mariott that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was also extremely small.

Location was great for what we needed. We had a family room which was a good size and a cot was also available for us to use. There was a good choice for breakfast. The sofa bed was a bit old and scuffed, and the shower was very hot even when we turned it right down so not suitable for the children to use.

Clean, good location Noise complaints on both nights, the television was only on volume 10. A volume limiter should be introduced if the television volume is a problem.

room was pleasant location further out from (new street) station that I thought it was going to be. Breakfast only one egg option - and they seemed powdered (scrambled)

Excellent location for walking to the Arena. Upgraded room on arrival was a fabulous surprise.

Well laid out, with pretty much all basic necessities one might need. Very clean. The GPS takes you to the back entry of the hotel and there’s no way to get in the hotel without an access card (via the elevator which requires the card, all other doors being locked).
