The location was great It seems a little run down and there were allot of up charges

Quite old building. We made a reservation at the reception for the spa but it wasn’t booked when we arrived. It looked like typical european standard the way how the stuff’s educational quality which isn’t yet enough called good hospitality unfortunately.

Comfortable bed with nice sheets. LMB restaurant had very good food. Spa experience was nice at a reasonable extra cost. When we arrived, the hotel parking was full and there was no provision for offloading our baggage before we had to drive on to find a parking garage. No mention of these conditions on the website. A frustratingly bad start to our stay that only a very decent Mojito at the bar could somewhat remedy.

Excellent location close to beach and center. Clean, spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Meets basic needs. Staff were super helpful. Outdated rooms. Spa was disappointing and needs a good renovation/update.

Convenient for town centre. Lots of choice with the full breakfast. Noisy, small, tatty, busy hotel, uncomfortable bed. One small lift for the whole hotel. You need to book parking in advance.

The bathroom had a bad smell, the shower stream was very weak, the spa was average (not like the pictures), the massage was not worth the money. The breakfast is not good.
