The location is great! There's parking nearby and the house gives an authentic experience. The room doesn't have AC but has an electric fan although it wasn't a deal breaker for us as the temperature is cool in early Fall.

Location was really good, close to everything Photos and listing are a bit deceiving. The 2 bedroom suite is not 50 m2, ceiling is low so we kept hitting our heads, bathroom has no ventilation which makes it swampy and smelly at times, and we were informed during check-in that we’re not allowed to use kitchen to cook. Too pricey for the quality

It was very clean and well managed. The house is also very cute and nice with all necessary facilities needed.

The house is beautiful and perfectly located in Biarritz. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable set up. It is like a little castle in the middle of the city but with modern inside. You really feel you would love to live there for a long time ! no staff interaction or possible discussion. Very hot weather and despite fans, the bedrooms were very hot in the night as we stayed right under the roof. There is a beautiful kitchen but you are informed in "house rules" not to use aside from the fridge. No parking available in the house and the closest one is a paid parking (25E/d).

Very clean, close to city The toilet was not is it’s own room from the bedroom who’s is a bit off putting. Why is it not permitted to use washing machine or cooking facilities?

The location was amazing! And our room was spacious and comfortable. I travelled with my best friend, both of us in our late 20’s and found this a perfect base for us. We would definitely come back again! We were a bit surprised to see the bathroom/toilet only being cordoned off by a curtain rather than a door, but we’ve been friends for 25+ years so it didn’t bother us too much. I can’t imagine it would be as comfortable for a romantic couple though…apart from this small detail the place was perfect!

Fabulous location, immaculate house with great facilities. Great shower, super comfy bed. Very spacious room and bathroom (first floor suite). Nothing at all - it was great!

Perfect location, close to the parking garage. Everything is clean and well maintained. Convenient communication with the owner. Terrible soundproofing. But it's a common issue in the old buildings. At least a sliding door would be helpful between the bedroom and bathroom.

The appartment was very clean and had a great location. Online was noted that there were 2 beds and 1 sleeping sofa available but the sleeping sofa was only for kids which was not really clear on booking sadly. So its perfect if you need 2 beds and a spot for a Kid.

Nice villa renovated , in the city center , very close to La Grande Plage It’s a solution between a private house and an hotel. You have a room with private bathroom but kitchen, living room and garden are shared with other guests. This could be ok but I received a message asking not to cook ( except microwave) and not to use the washing machine ?. Besides other guests were complaining because they “ hear my kids walk” but if you live in the same maison of course this could happen ….
