We had a lovely time staying at the hotel and highly recommend it for anyone going to Biarritz since it is so perfectly located. The room was great but honestly the staff and service and all the little details made this stay a wonderful one. We plan to be back or at least stay in one of the other sister properties.

That the AC did not work and the temperature in Biarritz was pretty warm.

The entire hotel staff was exceptionally welcoming and genuinely happy to be there. Air conditioning in the rooms, thorough room cleaning, delicious breakfast, and staff members that were happy to answer our questions as well as offer recommendations. Nothing, exceptional stay.

Beautiful building. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. View outside was pretty. On a quiet tree lined street. Breakfast was was delicious! No complaints

Perfect hotel in ideal location with caring staff and fantastic breakfast. Awesome street and sea view from room 27. Stayed five days for a wedding, would love to return. Wish lunch was available in the garden

Beautiful hotel, very central with really friendly staff who were always on hand to advise and help. Our room was clean and comfortable with lovely little touches like a beach bag, and beach towels were also available. The staff were great to recommend restaurants and places to visit. We would stay there again if we return to Biarritz. We liked everything about the hotel but a mirror in the bedroom would be a good idea.
