The location is excellent. We had a premium room with a terrace which was perfect for relaxing before dinner. The hotel is gorgeous. Also their massages are very good. I liked everything about it. I didn’t want to leave.

I absolutely loved this hotel and my room! The location is perfect - in the center of town and close to the beach. Everything was a 15 minute walk or less. The hotel was beautiful and I am obsessed with my room + little terrace. If I ever come back to Biarritz, I will be staying here again. Great and helpful staff too! I loved everything!!

Great location The room was tiny and not very comfortable. Parking was 15 minute walk away. We were not comfortable and only stayed one night . Felt like a super budget hotel but charge like a 4 star hotel

very nice welcome and the building is pretty and in a good location The curtains were completely transparent and I felt that there was very little privacy. The bathroom facilities were barely private so only ok because I was on my own but I would have hated to share this with my partner.
