The property is charming with an eclectic retro flair. The young staff are warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. There isn’t really a coffee machine in the room. There is only a water boiler and powdered coffee Fortunately, there is a patisserie around the corner with great cappuccinos

Amazing staff. Let me do check-in much earlier. That was very nice as it was an intense heatwave. The location is perfect. Very quiet area, but close to the beach and city center.

Location is great . Roman was very helpful in ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I was expecting parking to be available but they had no spaces.

Beautiful historic property, walking distance to restaurants downtown, charming room and comfortable bed. Strong value for a place to sleep. Friendly and helpful staff! No parking available.

The athmosphere, the deco, location, the welcoming and helpful service. Everything really. The Saint Charles is truly a delightful place to stay at, close to the commerces, cafes and restaurants of Saint Charles but also easily accessible and close to sea front and centre. I will be back on my next visit to Biarritz. Thank you everyone See above

Beautifully restored home in quiet neighbourhood

Hotel was quirky, and traditional. The bathroom in the room was a little rough around the edges, and there was a drain smell that seeped through underneath the door into the bedroom. Breakfast was just coffee, a croissant, 2 fried eggs, and bread. Plus they charged us for 4 people having breakfast (only 2 of us!) and they said they could not refund on the card machine during our stay, but would do a bank transfer refund after we left our details. This never happened despite emails etc. Overcharged, and not refunded

The location is far enough away from the centre of town to be very quiet but still close enough that it is accessible. There are excellent bakeries and restaurants in the area. The rooms are a good size, clean and the history is an aesthetic bonus. And the staff have pleasant, kind and helpful. That i had to leave..also no milk for the coffee in the hotel room.

It was a really quaint charming guesthouse . The staff were first class - Roman especially. Highly recommended it N/A
