What a beautiful authentic BnB experience. I think this is more and more difficult to come by and was an absolute pleasure. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the hosts Marc and Annie are lovely and Annie makes a beautiful breakfast. I can highly recommend for a quiet authentic Biarritz stay. Nothing to comment on.

Accomodation within walking distance of Biarritz centre. Attentive hosts providing excellent breakfast. Room was very small - not a problem in summer - but on a rainy day in April ... In addition, although the room has a private terrace area with chairs, we were not allowed to smoke there - a challenge for someone who regulary gets up in the night for a cigarette.

Beautiful home located a short walk from the main town. The daily breakfast was great and the room was cosy with a big comfortable bed. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating - it was a real pleasure to stay in their home

Everything was exactly as advertised. Annie & Mark were welcoming and checked in with us every day if we needed anything. Their home is lovely and in a quiet location. We used local bus services just a short walk away for airport transfers and visits to St.Jean de Luz and Bayonne . We would have no hesitation recommending a stay here. Nothing

Really nice place, the room is clean and with all the conforts. Nice breakfast in the morning. Annie is a really nice host and helped us with everything we needed! Was everything perfect!
