Room convenient to our appointment The sliding door of the ensuite was un-movable preventing access to shelves behind.

Accommodation was right next to the hotel - serving great food. Unit was clean, large bathroom & good-sized bedrooms. The outdoor area off the lounge area

large , comfortable, felt private shower needs a good scrub,. 2 bedroom apt has a large kitchen but no appliances other than a kettle toaster and microwave. a hot plate and pans or electric oven would have been great to reheat pizza or cook. courtyard has some junk stored in it

Spacious room, good bathroom Wooden bench in room had peeling paintwork & looked shabby! Biggest problem was noise all night & in the morning which was disturbing & resulted in lack of sleep - it seemed like it was coming from the neighbouring room or behind the building. It was a fluctuating sound for about 3 minutes, then nothing for a couple of minutes continuously. I thught it might have been from an airconditioning unit or a pump?????

Restaurant and bar along with staff weee fantastic The rooms look nice however certainly could do with an upgrade of new beds and smart tv along with better internet connectivity

Pillows were very high - but often the case at most motel/hotels.

The rooms were above our expectations with roomy bathroom, kitchen and lounge/sitting room. Would be perfect to have a bedside lamps.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was a decent pub meal. Staff were pleasant.

The room was very quiet and well removed from the pub environment. The bed was comfy and heating was good. There was no issues with this place and all was good.

The room and bathroom were clean and neat. Bed was comfy. Appliances such as the hairdryer and kettle were aged. The haridryer did not operate properly. Our room was the last at the end of the row so we heard vehicles coming and going from the hotel carpark. Our carpark (in front of the room) was not usable since the turning circle at the end of the row (up against a wall) did not allow for reversing into the park. The only other option was to reverse to exit the entire car park. We requested an early check in and did not receive a reply. Then we were told that we did not request the early checkin at all. I have email evidence that this was requested through the online booking portal.

We liked the convenience of the location and the newly furbished bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The onsite bistro is excellent and so popular you must book. There was no noise from the bistro or from patrons leaving. Suited us for one night. The only chair was saggy and the couch was not comfortable. We could hear the voices of the people in the next room, but once they stopped talking it was quiet for the rest of the night.

Simple room that was clean and tidy. Also able to park car directly outside unit door. Lastly restaurant in hotel is fantastic. Some of facilities a little tired but still very functional

The Shower was a bit leaky. Bathroom could do with some matinenance.

Provided everything needed

The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and the staff more than helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable, like a brick!

Clean, new feeling, walkable to town and pub and bottle-o on site. Slightly expensive for a motel.

Price was perfect the rooms were perfect exactly what I needed staff were great No salt and pepper in the rooms no scissors so I couldn't open anything no tissues in the room
