great location - good sized room and comfy couch in room but lacked power points to be able to access to charge phone and computer

The bed was super comfortable and the room was warm. Very dusty. Needs a deep clean. Patched walls int he bathroom. No soap dispenser in the shower or a place to put your own. Curtains torn at the bottom.

Location Toilet flush not working ,no proper WiFi password written so asked to staff,No soap for body wash ,too small milk packet ,light is not bright enough too yellow .

Good host Everything was good

The location was close to where I was working which is why I chose it. There were long dark hairs all over the bathroom floor which suggested it was not vacuumed prior to check in. The shower has old mold all over it and the door didn't close correctly. Late night neighbour check ins were noisy and disruptive.

Identical Breakfasts consisting of Ham, Cheese and Tomato Croissants plus 1 Mug of Mocha and 1 cup of Cappuccino - Day 1 - Peggys (King Street) - opposite Target =$41.00 Day 2 - Percy and Percy (Hargreaves Street) more relaxing in style set on the corner of tree lined streets, offering lounge style dining on the grassed areas, with more seating arrangements under the verandah and within the converted house. It seemed to be a popular choice with those heading into the City Centre at the start of the day. PP offered home made Croissants which not only rated as highly as the freshly delivered version at Peggys, our invoice at PP = $29.50 Lake View Hotel (McCrae Street) was our choice for dinner, from an extensive menu we chose the fish basket and Garlic Prawns both well presented and delicious.

n/a Bathroom needed work, hot water poor had poor pressure & fluctuated whilst showering. shower rose could not stay up in position resulting in customer having to hold it with one hand.
-
Damage to the toilet flush button led it to being stuck running, which I easily fixed by lifting the cistern and releasing it. Easy to prevent by not using the damaged button.

Good location

Very disappointed with Booking.com as the incorrect dates were recorded by Booking.com as I inserted dates as 14 and 15

The rooms are a bit older but extremely clean and excellent value for money. walking distance to the centre of town..the host was extremely accommodating.

Location was good. Room was quite spacious. Comfortable bed. Lovely cleaner saw us near the un-manned reception door, and was very helpful in answering questions about leaving car in carpark before checkin so we could walk to main streets. The rodents in the roof. Heard scratching all night. hardly got any sleep. Told the duty manager in the morning, but I have had no follow up or apology. Very disappointing. Showers could use a good deep clean, appeared to have some mould in the corners. Overall not bad & cleaned on surface areas. Unit1 was our stay. Even though not summer, pool was not in use or available. Would have been good to know this on booking information.

Due to work, checked in late, so there was no one there. They turned up 10 minutes later. Bathroom was mouldy and dirty; kitchen was dirty. Accommodation was not up to standards. Advised colleague to book somewhere else. Not happy.
-
Rooms a bit tired. Bathroom would be improved with new soap/ shampoo dispensers rather than little bottles hand labelled on the bench. Motel was a bit noisy during the night

No Breakfast included. No Comment. Light Bulb missing and light not working at bedside tables. No Instructions left in the room "How to use Air con". Switches poorly labeled. Shower rose arm leaking and spraying against the wall. Prices was raised from the norm due to "Australian Sheep and Wool show, from $ 140 to $272. No added value.

Bed comfortable, Have some concerns regarding smoke detectors could not find one? When booked they did not include toaster in description, could help other travellers

You get what you pay for. The only thing I liked was that the room was ground floor, but that's hardly an achievement. Dirty, run-down, and noisy. And they refused to provide me with a tax invoice for my employer, despite numerous requests.

Cheap and good location Holes in sheet, bathroom floor not cleaned, toilet roll holder falling off wall, no bulb in bed side lamp, exhaust fan loose in ceiling, cups not washed after use.
