Quest Bendigo is in a great location. Although on the main road, it wasn't noisy. We appreciated the space in our apartment, the facilities were terrific and we really enjoyed our stay. Easy parking and the building was very secure. We will always choose to stay at the Quest when in Bendigo.

What a pleasant surprize. Wish we were staying longer than one night. Loved the fact that we also had hour own laundry and didn't have to bring home a week's dirty washing. A lift would have been nice.

the bed, two single bases together with a king mattress over them left a firm ridge down the middle of the bed.

Great complex of apartments, had 2 bedroom apartment #16 and stayed 3 nights. There was everything you could want for a stay greater than a night. Very happy with the scope of the accommodation. Close to the CBD but requires a short drive. Three major irritations spoiled our stay and reduced the Comfort score. 1. Constant bagging in the wall of the master bedroom that went on day and night. Not the neighbours but something in the wall. Could be heard, at a reduced level, in the other rooms. Impossible to sleep so we moved to bedroom 2 on the first night and closed all the doors. Reported it to reception next morning. Don't know if this issue is only this apartment and perhaps the one on the other side of the wall. 2. WiFi was terrible, very slow and kept dropping out. Reported to reception who reset the router, no difference. Inorder to do anything we were forced to use our mobiles as a hotspot for the laptop for the 3 nights. Did some testing and found the facility has a 120Mbs Skylink system which was reaching appartment #16 at 1.5 Mbs maximum. 3. Air conditioning would not turn on using the remote. Tested it and found the batteries were dead. Reported to reception who changed the batteries. Remote was then able to do all its functions except turn on and off. This had to be done by using a button on the wall unit. There was some road noise and other small maintenance issues but I have whinged enough.

Complimentary upgrade, was a gorgeous room. The facilities were lovely, the staircase was immaculate and close to available parking. Parking was unassigned and that caused some minor issues, parking not entirely suitable for longer and larger vehicles.

Large apartment with good bed configuration, would be great for longer stays. Lovely staff. Far too noisy from road traffic. Would definitely request room further from front corner. As one of our group can’t do stairs and finds steps difficult (as per our request for ground floor room, we were here for wheelchair basket ball) availability of even a portable ramp for that step up onto veranda, would make your rooms more accessibility friendly. ? Showerhead in main bathroom very loose and not very good.
