The motel is what we expected, and we needed a separate room for our grandkids so it was perfect in that regard. Located is central Bendigo near everything we went to look at. Well priced to the age of the motel. Road noise was the only issue. On a major traffic artery.

Room was cleaned well. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Quaint hotel, a great stay for 1 person. Received a call from the hotel, advised the time of arrival. Receptionist advised that she would be there when i arrived. Disappointed that the office was not attended when arrived while it was within the office hours of being open. When I was clearly advised that the office would be attended.

The room was clean and spacious and came with quite a bit of ceramicware and cutlery. I consider being able to cook in a private microwave while traveling a luxury, so I was happy with the kitchenette The curtains are nearly blackout curtains, which is good, since the parking lot is directly outside the window. I didn't notice a great deal of noise from the road. The USB charging ports in the alarm clock didn't work for me.

This is a small but neat and clean establishment, close to the centre of Bendigo. The staff were excellent - about 2 hrs after I'd departed, they phoned me to tell me that I'd left my coffee percolator in the room. I was not coming back that way, so they happily offered to clean it all out (was still full of coffee grinds, embarrassingly...) and organize mailing to my home address. I greatly appreciated this - they didn't need to do that and many wouldn't have. Apart from the postage, they refused to take any further money for their trouble. Really great service, and good people, the owners. I had no complaints whatsoever. Everything was clean and neat, and I was comfortable. Parked my motorcycle right outside my door.
