Very convenient lication

The hotel had a very good location and was convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, although they did not speak English. The room itself was decent, but the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable, and the blanket was also too thin. The room temperature was difficult to manage, if the AC was on, even at the lowest setting, the room became too cold, but if it was off, the room became very hot. Also, guests have to pay extra for parking.

Good location and breakfast The dorm had a bad smell coming from de bathroom, it has really hard to take a bath, the box wasn’t clean. I had to ask for towel every day in the reception because they changed only one per day, and I was with a friend.

Clean, well-maintained hotel. The staff is more unfriendly than any hotel where I've stayed in Brazil. Virtually every other hotel in the country, people respond to "good morning," they smile, they speak to you, they ask if you need additional help. With the exception of the maid on the 10th floor, where we stayed, who was very human and very friendly, the rest of the staff acts as if the are being forced to work at a labor camp and as if the guests were unwelcome intruders adding to their burden. Either there's a problem with training or with the people selected to work at this Ibis.

There is nothing special. It is a regular hotel. When I rented the room, in the add was written that breakfast and parking weee included. However, when I checked in these items were included in the payment I made. They make a false claim online. They are not honest!

The cleaning and the restaurant staff, on the other hand, were quite nice. The room was very good. The receptionist was unpleasant, really unhelpful. The thin mattress and the worn-out linen, not so good.

THE APARTAMENT THAT THEY RESERVE TO US WAS VERY POOR, DURTY AND UNCONFORTABLE, IT WAS NOT SAME AS PREVIOUS ONE WHEN WE RESERVE FROM BOOKING OR SMILES ALWAYS WE HAD A GOOD APARTMENT, CLEAN AND LOCATED IN SUPERIOR FLOOR, THIS TIME WAS 107 AND 207 THAT FLOOR ITS WAS NOISE, DURTY, UNFORTABLE, IT DESTINATE TO 3 GUESS I/O ONE

Nice location. Quiet room The check in and check out were awful. The slowest I have ever experienced. They probably took around 15 minutes per person and there were about 10 people in front of me so I nearly missed my bus. No-one spoke a word of anything except Portuguese. They charged me twice.

The rooms are very old, uncomfortable bed, and not very clean.

The house where the building is located is very beautiful. The linens and towels were very old and almost torn up! Horrible cheap pillows. The tv made a horrible bip sound in almost every channel. The air conditioner was also very old and had no remote control. The staff wasn’t helpful. We hated staying there.
