Overall very good! Homeless people sleeping on the property and confronting when people walk out the front doors! The Wi-Fi was terrible

Breakfast was really nice but it was the same choices everyday. The Chef could have been a little bit more creative. The hotel cleaning department is very efficient and the person who cleans the room was quite thorough and left the room impeccable. Linen and towels are of very good quality. There should have been an instruction paper on how to use the TV for international customers. Maybe to provide a small kitchenet for the mid-floors up with a Microwave and facilities to make tea and coffee, or else provide each room with a small kettle. I suggest that the payment method should be more varied and accept debit as well as credit cards. Wi Fi is disrupted all the time, not very good at all.

The ladies (staff) that were looking after the breakfast. They are outstanding…very happy and polite people I found the room very basic for the price paid and hotel location. I struggled to turn on the TV.
