Very rundown and dirty,filthy room and water damaged bathroom,gross hot tub,I’m not one to complain but this place sucked

Place is just tired, over due for an upgrade.

We asked if we could pay for our daughter to join us for breakfast. $21.00! for a very low quality breakfast. No meat, little selection. Very disappointing, I would not recommend.

The room smelled like urine.

Room smelled very stale. Iron didn’t work. TV was horrible. Room itself was very dated. Breakfast was terrible. Tiny selection, short hours. Would not recommend to anyone…

The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. There was ample parking.

Easy parking. Convenient location. Quiet room. Room and common areas poorly maintained. Worn and peeling wallpaper, cobwebs in the corners of the room, mildewed bathroom.

The hotel was adequate for the price but definitely use some updating.

We only booked this place over other comparable hotels in the area based on having a hot tub. The hot tub was discolored and the water cloudy. It was not pretty …

The pool was open and we traveled here for my son's 9th bday trip and it was a blast. The only down side was breakfast didn't have more options. But that's okay we had fruit cereal and juice. Another hard thing was people fighting and being loud at 11pm to 2am on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed but again staff handled it quickly and my kids didn't wake up so it's okay. We had fun my kids and me will be back

Garbage lying around. Murky hot tub. Unhoused people roaming the parking lot and hanging around the entire property. Breakfast was very basic. Coffee pot in the room was filthy

Outdated rooms, but nice layout and great staff. Hot tub needs work as Im pretty sure the water didnt have chemicals and was leaking out of the tub, I dont know why facilities dont just buy above ground hot tubs. Overall would return.

However- if you are like me- you take the breakfast into account. It can be a real money saver. The breakfast here is not worth the trip downstairs. How bad is it? Well- they have one of those waffle makers- love those. But the waffle mix is so diluted the waffles come out full of holes. There are scrambled eggs that are horrible. Really. Do breakfast- or don't do breakfast. Something like this is somewhere in between. We ended up at IHOP>

Good stay - clean room - great front end staff ! Will stay again !

The room was clean and quiet, parking is easy and well lit, the area felt safe, but above all the staff were so helpful and kind over my 3 days there. Excellent location for those visiting the hospital

The hotel needs to have a very good renovation for them to have decent guests. I would never go back and stay there, maybe not until they are removated.

Elevator was out of service with a room on the 3rd floor.
