Comfort Inn Bellingham

Our room was dirty, there was stains on furniture,floors and baseboards. The refrigerator was not clean and the freezer portion was packed with ice. We couldn't use it. I don't travel as frequently as I use to but I've used your services before and was so disappointed. We checked out a day early because of the condition of the room #308. Staff didn't seem concerned. $200.down the drain. Im deleting the app A refund would be nice. I would expect certain standards at all properties you represent, the ball was DROPPED.

The property seems to be in a remodeling transition. The potential is there but not actually ready for guests. There was nothing hung on the walls. The wall thermostat was not operational yet, etc. also, the shower lacks a closure and the floor gets soaked when showering Fortunately, our room was clean and met our needs and the breakfast was great.

Rooms could use new paint and carpet and drapes. Bed and linen cleans.

Stayed only a few minutes. Room was filthy. Food stains and crumb on furniture. Furniture was old, worn, and scratched. Asked for another room and it was just as bad. Just awful. Whover is running Comfort Inn Bellingham is running your brand into the ground. Was so upsetting we couldn't stay. We just left and had to pay the full $185 anyway, felt completely cheated.

Safe, clean, and great location

The free breakfast and friendly staff. The room was a very good size and clean. The construction next door and the carpet felt a bit sticky underfoot. Besides this, it was good value for money.

Terrible

The first room we got had a clogged sink in the bathroom. We switched a room. And the room smelled bad, but we decided to stay there. We found the shower booth had a very slow drain, so we asked the staff to fix it next day. But it was not fixed. The shower booth didn’t have a door, so the water made the floor wet whenever we took showers.

Nice stay

The late afternoon/evening front desk employee was kind and helpful (not the daytime lady who seemed unhappy to assist me). The free breakfast was inconsistent but I found enough good stuff to satisfy. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. This place has seen better days. First, the rooms did not match the photos or descriptions. Was supposed to have two tvs, only had one. The rooms had a weird smell like they just cleaned up a horrible mess. There was always the sound of dripping water from somewhere behind the walls. The rooms look like we interrupted a remodeling project but that can’t be true because they did things like installing baseboards on the walls over open holes where there used to be plumbing. But why didn’t they patch the holes??? There was a random strip of wood screwed to one wall. What was that for? Had something been installed there? Strange. Outside, someone definitely fired the landscaper a long time ago. And lots of dog poop everywhere around the outside property. You get the sense they are either very understaffed or maybe no one cares anymore. Also, housekeeping never stopped by during my 2 day stay. Which was fine because the shower was so poor, we all just waiting until we got home. And finally, the pool. Closed until 7pm???? No day use allowed!

Friendly front desk lady. She was very kind and helpful. I liked everything.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was pretty fair, with several choices. This hotel is well located for just about anything you'd wish to do in Bellingham. I found it very quiet, the room spacious and clean.

Have to say, and taking all in consideration, if you advertise a pool and workout room and they aren't operating , and haven't been , they shouldn't be on your website . Some people book based on those. Everything else was there , breakfast etc. I do apriciate that I was able to change rooms 3 times , altho had to pay more . We did at booking ask for the jetted tub tho. Anyhow bed was great clean sheets and clean towels . Jetted tub was great , I'm thankfully . Even For a budget room , could have been cleaner.

You advertised free shuttle to the airport. There was no shuttle service, I had to pay for a taxi. False advertising! I would not have stayed there if I had know the shuttle wasn't available.

breakfast is good, up to our taste and liking, room - okay, spacious, bed - comfy. location is great! there's a smell of like a stinky wood in our room, aircon is closed on the late night we ended up waking up warm and sweating in the room.
