There was no breakfast, but for the price I didn't expect a breakfast. The owner was very gracious and treated us well. The room is pretty basic, but comes with a TV, AC, and WIFI among all of the expected things like a bed and bathroom. The owner apologized for forgetting to stock the room with a fresh roll of toilet paper. It is not a 4 or 5-star hotel so if you don't compare it to a Marriott, you'll appreciate the value it offers. The bed wasn't a hard Asian bed, but it didn't have the pillow-top comfort I prefer. The sink had a leak which I fixed by tightening the drain pipes. The sink was very small. The address for the hotel is incorrect so that caused some issues in finding it. It is located adjacent to the entry gate, not in the neighborhood where the address is located. It also has some parking, so the information in booking.com was incorrect about no parking which caused a little anxiety on the way to the hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient - walking distance to resto and minimarket. The view from the balcony is beautiful (see the picture) And oh they have friendly resident cats ? Note: we need to let the staff know if we want our room to be cleaned It could be very noisy - depending on the situation There were some nights I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the room next door or from the outside Apparently this hotel is located in the popular housing complex for sport (morning walk, jog, run). And it can be very noisy in the morning I would suggest to this hotel to apply "Quiet Hours" at night (not allowing people to chat at the alley & at the garden) to prevent noise & to ensure every guest has a good night sleep

The room is clean, the view from the room is just amazing. The location is strategic, just next to Balaikota, near to Museum Angkut, Jatim Park 1 and 2. But the most special about this hotel is its hospitality. Pak Bayu and family are so sincere and wholeheartedly serving the guests. I couldn't thanks enough for their help. Will return to this hotel whenever I visit Batu again. Nothing. Everything are good.

Beautiful views of the mountains Bed is comfortable Host is a very kind and helpful person. We decided to go on a walk with our baby, he came after us 5 min later with umbrellas because it started raining. Small gestures showing their hospitality Not a bad review per se because it is written on the reservation, but they only take cash payment. Be prepared to bring cash

Everything here is amazing, their warm welcomes, helpful staff, cleanliness everyday, changing bedsheets everyday, plus clean towel everyday. I was staying for 8 days here, and no bad comments at all. Plus things they’re so kind, and the view from my room was a total brutal! Unexpectedly amazing! Close to Batu downtown, and lots of food you could find around the corner. Definitely will recommend everyone for this amazing guest house. I wish the water heater could stay longer than 15 mins ?

The hospitality was on point. Comfy room, beautiful garden, and a bunch of cute cats completed the package. Special thanks to the hotel staff who helped us with transportation and were genuinely nice and attentive.
