Simple and nice The shower didn’t work well

Strategic location is the most valuable thing this hotel has, breakfast is also good, with reasonable room rates; For the room coziness, because Batu City is quite cold in the evening and in the morning, so any room without A/C would be good enough. The TV in the room got some good channels for this tri-star hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful. The security of the hotel is good, no problem for the security of our belongings in the room and cars in the parking lot. On the contrary, this hotel is lack of modernization and room facility. The cleanliness of the room is in question mark, because when we got into the room we found a used towel (from previous guest?) hung in the back of bathroom door. Then we checked under the bed, there were massive dust and spider web down there, combined with some used slippers from previous guests. When taking a bath, the hot water in the shower was not stable, so it was very uncomfortable to take a bath when in a minute the water is very hot and after that it was too cold and then boiling again and then cold again, eventhough you’ve tried your best to control the flow of the hot water.
