The staff were nice, the location is excellent. They have elevator. The room physically is nice. The place is filled with smoking addicts. As soon as I got inside the room, there was already smoke from smokers inside. The room and bathroom windows is towards a central opening of the building and everybody smokes on their porches out there, so the smoke goes up and in all the rooms. I could not sleep for 6 nights (headache) it was not a pleasant stay. Another thing too is the staff sometimes leave the front desk and the front door locked. They go outside somewhere and they leave the front door locked. You have to wait for them to come back so you can go in or leave the hotel. That happened many times. Not nice at all. No shampoo or soap as part of the stay. I actually ask for some and they provided me with left behind stuff from tenants. That was nice. However, you know what I mean. I am trying to not be so negative here LOL There is not breakfast included and not air-conditioning. I live in Phoenix so after shower it was not so hot for me, but for everybody else, too hot especially at summer time. I was there in mid July.

We booking this please as we had a late flight and needed a place to shower nap and stay out the sun. It would have been better to sleep on the streets The place was dirty, the staff were unhelpful and rude. I dot bug bites all over after staying there. It stinks and I felt more dirty after the shower

Location is okay, staff are good. Customers need to be aware that there is no parking at this hotel. They make you park at a different hotel then walk back. You have to pay 20 euros in cash for this option. My room smelled of smoke.
