It was in walking distance to shopping and some decent restaurants. The shower was cold for 6 days and then we got hot water.

The room has everything that you need for a stay. The breakfast was good. We did not like the leaking air conditioner, and there was also a smell of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. In addition, the room and the bathroom are too dark and do not feel cosy.

No reception… if comes in the night you will face difficulty to access main gate access and room door access .. There is no one to guide … we should just follow the directions instructions guide which says a sent to email

Close to the train station and staff was nice There were cockroaches everywhere. We ended up leaving and couldn’t get a refund through booking.com

Loved it! The facilities were 10/10. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more plants and some small lights to the balcony area to make it feel even cozier. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

The location is very central for everything. Staff helpful and the breakfast more than adequate. They accommodated an additional bed in the room for us which was very helpful. A few bits of the room could use replenishing - e.g. a rusty toilet roll holder in the bathroom.

Nice large room location to town centre good breakfast and good place to leave bags while exploring Bari Complex E check in process for person with limited computer skills. Curtain not fixed properly flooring throughout in need of replacement
