Close to everything Large groups travelling together should be in their own. As a single traveller I had to wait for everyone in the group to use the showers use the bathroom. Young people need to learn more respect for other travellers. Common rooms should be used if you want to talk all night and play on your phone Maybe have an area for older travellers. I get it’s a party place but common decency and respect lack for the rules Stayed in many hostels. Do prefer a larger room and one where there are separate washrooms outside sleeping areas

I liked the staff. Lucero was very attentive in the check in and Gaia and Rodrigo were very attentive during check-out.

The air conditioning and lights are time-managed. So no person can annoy you with turning it on or off during the night. I seemed to be sharing a room with many one-night travelers. So every night there would be different people in the room and many of them woke up during the night to pack their bags again and leave. I didn't get 1 full night of sleep here

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, airy, and comfortable. Overall, everything was excellent and I had a great stay.

The stay here was great. The staff is very friendly, and the cool thing is that this place has activities and other ways for you to meet fellow travelers. I would definitely recommend.

I booked a 4 share room and it was a good size and the beds were comfortable. I loved having the balcony to enjoy the outside and for fresh air. The organized evening meals were good value and kept things simple for meal prep. I prefer fresh air when sleeping and the balcony doors / windows were locked overnight.

It was in a good location! It was dirty and the rooms were very very small and hot, no window was open/ventilation in mid summer. Showers and bathrooms were very dirty and the drains in the showers were clogged.

The people were great! Bambu was a great tour guide! Someone snored but that isn’t the fault of the police property.

Wonderful friendly staff. They try to organize fun activities too. Good location for walking. Metro and buses are close as well Staff controls room lighting. Needed more light in early am for those needing to get up earlier.

The location is amazing, centrally located in the city so it was very easy to get to all the restaurants and attractions I wanted to go to. The lockers for your stuff are connected with your key card which felt secure and convenient. The room was also really nice.

Very close to the metro, very clean, we had a balcony! Staff was very helpful and there 24/7. Everybody spoke English, which was helpful. You cannot control your own lights- they stay on only from dark until 11 PM so we couldn’t go to bed until then

Location ! The kitchen ! Perfect My nick pillow was stolen from the room ! I forget it ot the bed when i checked out ! After 2h When i was back for it the bed was cleaned and the nick pillow disappeared !!! They tell me to send an email for morning stuff ! Where one of them was sitting there ! ????? but he pretend he don’t hear what i’m saying !

Beds were comfortable. Pillows were the best of all the hostels I've stayed at. Nice size kitchen and lounging area. Lockers are provided and lock with your room key. They are big enough to fit a larger backpack. I did not like having the bathroom inside the co-ed room. No real problem with it, I just didn't prefer it. I also was disappointed that this hostel did not have privacy curtains for each bed.

Location and staff? My mattress was sagging in the middle, so it’s been really uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the lamps were on over the night somehow. It was too bright. I really could not sleep..
