The location was perfect. It was close to buses, restaurants and Gaudi's Casa Batlo was right around the corner. The "hotel" has a nice patio which is a great spot to drink coffee and get some fresh air. This is not a full-service hotel. The receptionist leaves at 5pm so you are out of luck if you need anything after that. We had to buy some toilet paper when we ran out. It is one floor in an apartment building. The breakfast was meager.

Location is very good, close to metro and bus station. It has a small shop downstairs with everything you need. There is no noise from the street (Barcelona is very noisy from the traffic). The breakfast is almost non existing. Only few items and the same every day. Also there are only 4 small tables in the kitchen, so it is possible that you will have to wait for one table to be free.

Incredibly well located and clean and modern. The room was set up for three of us and was a little tight. It would have been fine for two but if you are staying with more than two there is no extra room

The location was fantastic, and the manager was super helpful with tourist suggestions. Be sure to eat tapas at Vinitus around the corner! It was initially hard to find as there was no signage at the street.

The room didn’t have window to outside or backyard. The room I reserved was with outside view, but what I got during my visit didn’t have window to outside.

Great location. Nice room (we were 3 and there was more than enough space for us). Clean. Candy jar at the reception. The breakfast was not that good - Spain normally does great breakfasts, so I was a bit disappointed. Also, there is no 24hr check in (which is ok) but I informed them we would be late early on in the reservation process and kept in touch on the day of, as the guy was going to come to meet us to let us check in (i think we arrived around 20h or 21h). There were sooo many emails in the lead up to our visit about our late check in (stressful) and we got a bit lost once we got to town (parking) and the staff member got a bit agitated asking ‘where are you, I need to leave.’ Not a big deal, just would have preferred a bit more calm - I was well within their authorized late check-in rules. This would not prevent me from staying here again…. but might be a point for improvement for future guests.

No natural light in the room and didn't realize when I booked that it didn't have a standard lobby experience. It worked out fine but almost encountered an issue getting into the building when my flight arrived early.

Location, easy access to everything we wanted to see and all the restaurants we wanted to go to. The breakfast was amazing and the all day coffee station was also nice to help yourself to. Nothing

Great location, cozy setup of set of rooms on one floor of building, common area with tables, chairs, serves delicious breakfast, coffee machine. Not a fan of the partially frosted shower stall. Would prefer opaque glass.

The thing we liked about the property the most was the staff, Carlos and Danielle, we also appreciated the patio area. The room was clean and freshly remodeled. Carlos and Danielle answered our questions and gave us good recommendations. We don’t believe that we got the room that we reserved for. The picture of the room online that I looked at was completely different than the room that we got. The room that we got was much smaller made for one person with one chair and no space. That was very disappointing for us.

Proximity to landmarks. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room is super small for 3. Breakfast should have at least warm cooked eggs and not eggs pre cooked from grocery.

Very nice property with BIG room in very nice city centre location. We felt like we were real Barcelona residents for the three nights here !! Nothing really comes to mind

The room was very clean. Our towels were changed daily and the shampoo/shower gel were refilled daily as well. I loved the smell of coffee that was always in the air, although the coffee machine didn't seem used so often, haha. I loved the huge windows, the street view and the position of the hotel. We walked by foot everywhere and our host gave us advice about where to eat. The bed was super comfortable. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Maybe I would have appreciated bigger cups for tea and coffee and my husband would have appreciated a toilet brush in the room as well.

Terrific location. Felt like a local. Very quiet yet walkable to so much. The terrace was a great surprise. Wonderful place to hang out. Daily room service was nice, plus breakfast was plentiful. The 24hr coffee bar was great to have. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The reception hours are limited, so I was stressed about arranging them to meet us when our international flight got in late. Also, we booked an interior facing room which looked out into a light well. But the surrounding buildings are tall and there was hardly any natural light. If that's important to you, better to book a room with a window on the street or terrace.
