This apartment is in walkable distance from major metro/train/bus stations. Air conditioning is good. Close to major tourist attractions such as Sagrada Família, Ciutadelia Park, Gothic Square, and Playa Mar Bella. Close to super market. No room service. Bad smell comes in the apartment. A lot of noise comes from next door building.

Good location Property MUST be renovated for sure. Noise isolation on the zero level. Our first room on the there floor smells like a sht, I tried to open window and from the street was similar smell (smell on the street is a problem of sewerage). When I went to reception with that problem, receptionist were surprised with bad smell info and offered cleaning on the next day and moved us to the better free room (thanks for that). Next day they tried to move us again to the 0 floor because of overbooking, but with some “fight”, family stayed in good room (thanks for that). Later I have read comments about smell on the zero floor and realized that receptionist wondering about smell in apartment it’s something like “protocol”, act as wondered person and try to solve unsolvable problem with cleaning. It’s hard to say that hotel is a hell, but have critical problems with smell on the zero floor, owner protocols how to react on such problems, old furniture and noise level.

Close to metro station There was a very bed smell in the bathroom. It was hard to stay in the room. One night we couldn’t even sleep because of the smell. Also the neighbpur was so noisy. There were shouts and drunk people in the middle of the night.

Staff

Everything was good and functional, clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Not located in the center but within reasonable walking distance of Sagrada Familia, and close to two subway lines (L4 Yellow Bogatell station, L1 Red, Marina Station) and R3,R4 & R7 regional trains at Arc de Triumph station, so you can easily get anywhere if you don't want to walk. Also within walking distance of beach (15 - 20 min). Safe neighbourhood and VERY quiet, no street noise. There is a fairly well stocked grocery store (Bonpreu) about 10 min walk away. We stayed 6 nights so went there a few times. Could use a few more utensils in the kitchen (more than one cutting knife). The apartment is in a bit of a food desert, not many restaurants in the area other than small places for a quick meal or takeout. But pizza restaurant across the street was good.

The shower floor is so slippery that can be dangerous.

Our apartment was on the top floor, making it very quiet and peaceful. We worked remotely from the apartment for a few days, so we appreciated the spacious layout and reliable Wi-Fi. The gym was excellent and open 24/7. We also really appreciated that the washing machine was free to use. The photos on Booking.com didn’t quite match reality. The room felt worn overall. The bathtub had cracks that had been patched with some kind of filler or paint. The fridge froze all our food, and there was a faint sewer-like smell in the apartment at times.

Very comfortable and nice.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The lobby, halls, and elevators are cozy and well-maintained. Everything is thoughtfully designed and well-kept. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. We would definitely book it again if we visit Barcelona. Not a big deal but sofa bed could have been more comfortable.

It was really warm in the apartment, which has contributed significantly to overall comfort during our stay in December. The beds were really comfy. The kitchen was equipped normally for a short stay. There is a really big table in the apartment. The room was equipped with an ironing board and an iron. It was not possible to set the window to a ventilation mode(vent). No hangers were available for outerwear as well as for towels in the shower The temperature regulation system wasn’t functioning properly.

Location, breakfast, spacious rooms

Location is great, spacious apartment, surprisingly good breakfast, staff was friendly, proximity to many attractions The hotel needs maintenance, renovation. Cleaning only happens once in 5 nights, walls are thin and can get noisy from other guests. Heating unit was noisy and not quite working. Extensible sofa was not comfortable. The hotel could really benefit from some updates and renovation.

Breakfast was great, the location is good. Most of the staff is quite friendly. The rooftop terrace is nice. It's nice to have free laundry facilities, even if they're underpowered. There is a nice public area just to the side of the hotel for letting your dog out. Close to parks. The hallways were filthy almost our entire two weeks we were there, only finally being cleaned a couple days before we left. The bed and sofa are rock hard and quite uncomfortable, it was difficult to get comfortable anywhere in our room. The washers and dryers are underpowered and take a very long time. The staff got upset with us when we left our dog in the room for a couple hours even though she was quiet the entire time except when they came pounding on the door.

Property was really nice and was adequate space for my family of 4. We had our own room and the kids had a bed in the living area. Space had a kitchen and a dining table where we had dinner.
