The hotel was located right in the gothic quarter- so easy to get to the sites. Wonderful restaurants close by. The hotel was safe and clean and the desk attendants were so helpful and friendly Loved it

The hotel is well located very central. Had a good check in experience with Gonçalo, frienfly profesional staff. Great simple gym! The elevator wasn’t working due to a previous bad weather so had to go up the stairs every time. Also there is no place to work if you do remote working. One of the staff member was very rude not at all customer friendly, didn’t want me to take a call from the empty restaurant when it was closed… though previous day it was approved from a great lady from reception. Absurd logic! Be ready to be forced to work from the lobby where there is a lot of noise and no comfortable sits!

Good location, clean hotel, and very kind morning staff. Fernando (If I remember correct name) was especially helpful and kind. The evening staff were not very helpful. There was a power outage for several hours, the air conditioning did not work until midnight, and the elevator remained broken until check-out. And breakfast place was very cold.

The staffs and buffet breakfast weee great. Location was okay but it’s scary to go home late , a lot of creepy people around. They party till 4am. We have our flight early and we can witness the chaos crowds.

Location. Newly renovated, clean, amenities ie: gym & breakfast room. Friendly staff. Pics true as advertised Off the main streets of La rambla but can still a lot of partying in the streets in late hours of night due to poor sound proofing of windows/ walls

It was new and close to La Rambla, in the Gothic Quarter. The room was very nice. The alley outside our room had a bar where people were making loud noises until 4:00am.

Great central location but also where where the robbers target tourists. So be very careful specially your phone. It can be snatched before you know it. Be aware of your surroundings all the time.
