Ideally located, lovely clean and modern hotel with great facilities … roof top pool and lovely breakfast choices! Can’t think of anything that stood out as we were happy with everything.

Great location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter with great access to the areas sights. Bars and restaurants all in close vicinity. The rooms were well maintained and loved the upgrade to a California king room! Great touch. Would suggest if looking to book, ask for a room away from the street side. No real soundproofing, so had all the noise from passersby into the early hours of the morning. That would be our only dislike. The rest of the amenities were amazing.

I had an amazing stay at Catalonia Avinyó and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. A special mention goes to Sergio, who was absolutely fantastic throughout my stay. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. His recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore really enhanced my trip and helped me make the most of my time in the city. The hotel's location is another huge advantage. It's perfectly situated just off La Rambla, making it easy to walk to many of Barcelona's main attractions, restaurants, shops, and the Gothic Quarter, while still being tucked away enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a great stay. Combined with the excellent service and unbeatable location, it made for a memorable visit. Thank you to Sergio and the whole team at Catalonia Avinyó. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Barcelona!
