Staff was supportive and reachable Check in and out was super easy Location was ok Las minute change of appartment not in same area Appartment not ready when we arrived. We slept on the couch the first night. Shower in the bathroom had mold on the wall No glasses in the appartment to drink water

Very friendly staff, which made us nice fresh egg ham omelettes for breakfast whenever we wanted. Made sure the rooms were clean and made the stay comfortable. Easy paying and checking in/out.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in the city centre and it is easy to get everywhere from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice woman.

The location is excellent and the receptionist was very helpful. The shower and bed was fit for purpose and the room was spacious. Unfortunately the rooms and facilities didn’t look like the pictures at all and it lacked comfort.

Accommodation was poor for the price. While location was good the facilities were very poor. I’ve seen bigger and better equipped prison cells. I wouldn’t recommend this place The way the property is advertised makes it appear there are more facilities available. Breakfast was very poor…..no cold milk for cereal, no English/Irish breakfast tea, instant coffee only
