Great room for family of four, a lot of space, very clean, great location close to metro University and Areobus stop. Towels were changed during our stay that was a pleasant surprise. The window was heading a inner yard of the building but for us it was not an issue. working AC, large shower, all cosmetics provided. Also friendly and helpful staff. nothing

Very nice room, great location, good amenities. I was missing a fridge in the room to maintain beberages cold, specially for the warms days. Also the room was not ready at the advertised time. We had to come back to the property to get our stuff in the room.

Room allocated to me and my family is very spacious, neat on the second floor. The beds were neatly made. Less I forget, the bathroom is spacious and has everything required for our stay. I don't like the fact that how beautiful and big as the hotel is, hotel has no provision for guests to micro wave snacks or food.

The rooms were nice and fairly clean The staff were very rude. Got to the hotel and staff told us they had cancelled the booking. The booking has been cancelled whilst we were on our flight and one hour before we were due to check in. Said this was due to credit card issue but they did not give us an opportunity to resolve. Charged us way more for the same rooms taking advantage as we were tired from a long flight.

Clean room and good hotel location. The locker room where you can leave your luggage before or after check out (I guess for a few hours) is a great added service. Breakfast is too expensive so we decided not to do it there. Also in the bathroom there was no toilet brush and it's not nice cleaning it without it.

Friendly staff, very clean room daily cleaned. The room smell was very good. The location is good as you are close to a metro station . Large and comfy beds.
