Good location,near a new shopping centre,very good access to the public transport and Barcelona stadium,clean,very good breakfast with lots of choice,staff was very helpful,really recommend the hotel if you are travelling with kids - there is a playground just next to the hotel and very good location if you are planning to attend to a match of FC Barcelona,

Quiet Staff at reception all of them awkward to deal with. Bedding was not cleaned on first night stay, towels not taken away. Air conditioning not the greatest. Lighting also not great. Ironing board not great.TV also not great. Breakfast was bland.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel's location was very close to public transport, which made getting around the city easy. They fully accommodated our specific requests for the room, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout. Room service was quick too, and the food we ordered was delicious. The spa and outdoor pool were also a nice extra touch to our stay. If we come back to Barcelona, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel offers incredible value for money and was a great choice for our family. The rooms are very spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Both the room service and the front desk staff were excellent – professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is located quite far from central Barcelona, but the surrounding area is very pleasant and has everything you need. There is a great shopping mall right next to the hotel, as well as plenty of excellent cafés and restaurants nearby. There is also a fantastic playground just outside the hotel, which was a huge bonus for the kids. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It’s comfortable, spacious, convenient, and offers excellent value for money. parking isnt free for hotel guests

Very good spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows, 100% blackout curtains, very sound proof. Location is perfect with a myriad of shops and restaurants near by for every budget. Transportation is easy, it's not close to the beach but it is a strategic location nevertheless. Breakfast is great quality, fresh and well organized. The whole hotel is impeccable clean, smells good, very spacious. Spa is nice as well, sauna, heated pool and cold plunge (not very cold though, but maybe enough for most guests). (Check if your booking includes it otherwise there is an extra charge) Rooftop pool is small and not really remarkable in any sense. Not the hotel fault, but guests arriving late at night make a lot of noise in the corridors which can be heard even through the very well insulated doors, its just the architecture of the hotel which has an open shaft connecting all floors favors sound echos (but gives great natural night to the place). People without manners are at fault and are the exception.

What a lovely stay we had at this hotel! The staff were amazing and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily and felt spacious and comfortable enough for two people. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic selection. There’s also a huge playground right next to the hotel,incase you traveling wiyh young kids. The hotel is connected to a fantastic shopping centre with plenty of amazing places to eat and shop. The location was excellent too — around a 10-minute taxi ride to the heart of Barcelona and about 15 minutes to the airport.If we ever come back to Barcelona, we’ll definitely be staying here again! ❤️ We loved everything!
